Service (in house, depending when you go) is a 1-3 but food is 3-5. I always order through the app and am stuck waiting if I place the order with an "ASAP" pickup. Today I decided to schedule the order 30 minutes out and arrived 3 minutes after estimated pickup and it was ready. Workers checked bag for accuracy before giving to me (which is a first). The buffalo chkn wrap is always my go for the last several years. Typically I go on a Thursday so I can do BOGO wings which they also offer on tuesdays but only for traditional wings. Thursdays allows BOGO deal for both traditional and boneless wings. The sampler is great and usually they package everything separately but tonight they combined everything which was fine! But if you make additions, it could be a problem if it bleeds over to the other food items. Overall, great food and will continue going. But would never recommend dining in at the location. Unsure if it's due to understaffing or poor management, but just not a great dine-in experience at this location. Service was atrocious. Bar was full, with nobody else dining. We had a party of 9 first round of beers before the party was there, were delivered in a timely manner. After the table was all there we placed our orders around 6:38PM. We didn't get our food as a table until after an hour. My food was left in the kitchen for an hour and a half. I had to ask for the manger and she refused to come out. Waitress never checked on us, never brought a second round of beers for several other people in the group, and they weren't busy. I walked in by myself at 7:30pm tonight and the bar was half empty and the restaurant was 1/3 full. I was greeted at the door and he said it's a 45 minute wait. I asked if I could just sit at the bar and he said the kitchen was backed up and he said his GM told him it's a 45 minute wait. I was going to have a few drinks and watch some football but not willing to wait 45 minutes. I left and went to the BW3 in Lebanon and the service was outstanding and I decided to order some wings and buffalo chips and they were literally out within 5 minutes. It's a little bit more of a drive, but the BW3 in Lebanon seems to be a much better option. I've came to this location a few times now but I'm finally leaving a review. I have never had a good experience here. You wait forever to go even be seated. Last night it took over an hour for our food to come out (the restaurant was not busy) when it did everything was cold and look liked it had been sitting. I told our server all the food was cold and she rolled her eyes took the food without saying anything and left. We had a very hungry toddler with us so we paid for the fountain drinks we had canceled our order and left. Stopped in here on a whim (first time at this location) with my partner.... The burger I ordered with thick cut bacon was AMAZING as far as how it was cooked. The ratio of meat to Texas toast made sense & the amount of fries were perfect. My burger WAS under seasoned and the fries were slightly too crispy those are my only reasons for 4 stars as opposed to 5. Service was great & personable. We chose Buffalo Wild Wings for my birthday dinner with my wife and daughter, and it turned out to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We sat at our table for nearly an hour with no food, while other customers who arrived after us were already being served appetizers. That's completely unacceptable. After I complained, our appetizers finally came out--but they were cold. We were told they had "just been prepared," which was clearly not true. Serving cold food and giving a dishonest explanation only made the situation worse. At that point, we decided to leave. Even trying to pay for our drinks took far too long because of how slow and disorganized everything was. This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner, and instead it was a frustrating waste of time. I found this location a little odd for carry out. It has a separate door in the front and it's actually enclosed in a little foyer area. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there. I had placed my order online, so it was ready as soon as I walked in the door. After a few bites, I couldn't eat it anymore. It tasted like chicken grease. I'm assuming they cook everything in the same grease. I ordered the Parmesan garlic wings and the second hottest wing (I think the Wild wings?), originally ordered the hottest, but they had a surplus fee of $15. OK, folks, this bdubs is awesome!! I don't know if I exist in an alternate reality and just come and go into your universe, but I have never had a bad experience here. I have lived in this area for 2+ years now and this bdubs has always been darn good. Now I will say that if you're over 21 and with other adults that fit that description, just go straight to the bar (which is what I always do). The wings are juicy, the tots tasty, the beer cold, cheesy mozzarella sticks and tasty burgers. I have also called in orders and never had an issue. Perhaps I'm just easy to please...dunno. Wanted to finally try this bdubs out it has been a while since I had been being a vegetarian but found out the had cauliflower wings now! The place was really big on the inside and seems a lot more updated than most. Our server was nice and we both got a beer to start. We both ended up getting the new cauliflower wings but were really dissatisfied with how they handled the sauce allotments for them. Unlike regular wings you can only chose 1 sauce per Order unless u get a large. And even then it's $17 and you can only pick 2 sauces seems a bit unjust when ppl who get regular wings have all kinds of options. When I asked why they can't just do 3 she said it's just how they do it and agreed it didn't make sense. Seems like a bad business model to only cater to meat eaters. Not very vegetarian friendly and for that probably wouldn't return. They were alright tasting but spending $30 on a beer and some cauliflower when you have such harsh limits on things like sauces isn't worth the value or experience. We sat in the bar area, where it is much more lively, and had a quick dinner before catching a show. The food was just as you'd expect from BWW - it came out warm, not hot, and tasted good. However, the wings were slightly over-sauced. Which is the thing that tends to annoy me about BWW... they cannot seem to get the goldilocks zone of hot, fresh wings that are perfectly sauced. They are either cold or luke-warm and are either nearly completely lacking sauce or are just drowned in it. Anyway, our waiter was a step above average so that was a nice welcomed surprise. This restaurant has the worst customer service I've encountered in Whitestown. They are significantly understaffed. Each time the food is good and the service sucks. Takes 5 minutes for a hostess to even greet you at the door and an additional 10 minutes for a server to come to table. I just ate dinner here and it smelled horrible in the restaurant. We were in the Whitestown area and thought we'd give this BW3 a try. We were apprehensive when we saw the reviews.... but we were hungry and it was a Thursday when their wings are on special. We really liked the inside of this BW3. We sat in the bar area. We were surprised at the number of TVs and all in great viewing locations. We made the comment that this would be a wonderful place to watch a game with all the TVs. We have been to several BW3s and this place seemed to have more TVs and/or they were placed in better locations. For food, we got the traditional wings which were on special. Unfortunately, as indicated in other reviews, they came out cold. They were so cold that we had to send them back. When they came back they were a little better but not steaming hot by any means. Our server, however, was great. She handled the situation with the cold wings very well. She was apologetic and checked back to make sure the second set was better. I really hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately, people need to know what to expect. Recently, we had a horrible experience that resulted in us walking out and finding another restaurant to share a family meal. We decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a beautiful day a high in the low 70's we pulled up, and the outdoor seating was empty but seemed welcoming enough. Apon closer inspection it looked a little neglected and in need of some TLC, maybe a few mimor repairs and a coat of paint but it didn't affect our appetites I need to say that we are a family of 5, my wife two tween girls our beloved 3 year old wauzer, thus the outdoor seating. Upon arrival, one of my girls went to let someone know we were outside, not knowing my wife had done the same from the main entrance. They were told it would be about five minutes because they didn't have a server scheduled for the patio. No problem as we were relaxing and just enjoyed the weather and each other's company. After some time (probably about 18 to 20 min, we were really relaxing and enjoying each other's company) I realized that no one had greeted us, thinking my daughter didn't do an adequate job of informing the staff I went in. I stood near the bar not really seeing many severs or a hostess for several minutes before approaching the bartender and asking for a manager. The manager came out and I explained our situation and her resoonse was well we dont have a server for the outside seating area, and was silent. My aunt put me on the Asian Zing street tacos and this is why they are getting 3 stars - these were some really good street tacos. The flavor was great and nothing was too overwhelming and there were some fresh herbs to top it off and you could taste the freshness! I also got fries and they were good as always. If it weren't for the street tacos, this place would be getting a 2 star because the service was lacking, we had to wait for a while to get sat and then some of our sides didn't come out correctly or at all.
