This is a great place to stop for a great deal. We happened to go on a Thursday when boneless wings were 99¢ a piece. Flavors were good but the sauce amount was inconsistent. They are not tossed in sauce but rather the sauce is squeezed on. I felt like I had an adequate amount but others at my table noted that their wings did not have enough sauce. The tots were crisp and what I hoped for. We had a wonderful waitress who was very personable. The vibes there were good and the place was clean. Great atmosphere! I work a few miles from this location and frequently meet with companies from all over the country & this is my 'go to' place to have lunch meetings, consultations, work-birthday luncheons, and even meeting family that are passing through town who want to get some good food and share some conversation. I have been here with 1 other guest all the way up to more than 20 people and received great service no matter how many tables they had to move to accommodate us (without prior reservations). I had a good experience with my first visit to Wings Etc. it looks like a typical sports bar inside but this place is so spacious and it was comfortable. My bf and I shared wings. I really liked they had sooo many sauces to choose from. I liked the sweet chili cha cha and barbecue. Service was quick and nice. This was my first time here and I was really looking forward to it after seeing its commercials on television recently. I had their fried mushrooms, three cheese cheeseburger, and side salad. My wife had their jalapeño poppers, Philly cheesesteak, and coleslaw with Angry orchard to drink, I had a water. The server, Reagan, was very polite, professional, friendly, and attentive. The fried mushrooms with ranch dipping sauce were excellent, same thing can be said about their salad; I love the pepper strips. My wife really enjoyed her jalapeño poppers, Philly cheesesteak, and coleslaw. The problems I had were with the cheeseburger. It was supposed to be cooked medium rare, they gave it to me cooked medium well. It was also supposed to have garlic aioli, but that was missing from it. After pointing it out, she said she'd talk to the manager. He offered a gift card for a free appetizer the next time I came, but after I asked, they took the cheeseburger off the bill without any other hassle. I can't be sure if I'd come again because it's so far from my house (I just happened to be on this side of town for a convention). I've been here a few times. Both times have been an okay experience. The first time here I had a buffalo chicken wrap. The food was good and came out quickly. The service was okay. It wasn't very busy but the waitress seemed distracted. When our food came out we needed silverware but it took awhile to flag someone down. Then when we did it was said, "oh sorry, people have been stealing the silverware." Just wasn't the best to hear. I know it's not their fault, it was just an odd thing to tell customers I thought. The next visit I got 12 boneless wings. 6 teriyaki and 6 honey mustard. They were really good! Also got a full order of French fries. I didn't expect it to be so big, it was HUGE! For not very expensive either. The waitress was much more attentive this time, which was nice. There was a woman that came in and approached our table asking for money. The waitress ran over and yelled "you know you're not supposed to be in here." And ran her out of the restaurant. The whole thing was just kind of awkward. Visited this evening, for the 1st time ever & sat at the bar area to have a drink before ordering to go. Gary was an amazing server. Though he had to also take care of the bar along with answering phone for to-go orders, he was very attentive without hovering. I also had to come back to restaurant a few minutes later because none of my sauces were in the bag when I got home. He was very quick to rectify. I thanked him many times throughout our visit along with fixing the mishap. He was awesome. We'll definitely be back. UPDATE. What is it with ppl and their dang sauces??!! why are you holding out? Especially when I'm PAYING for it!!! Cold wings, hot salad, WTF! Having company from Arkansas, I wanted to take them to a restaurant that they don't have and one that has a variety of foods. Pretty soon I remembered Wing's Etc. The menu here is so big and gives so you many options that one could get confused as to what they want. Wings, ribs, rib tips, huge hamburgers, they even have a one pound burger! There are many other kinds of sandwiches. If you prefer wraps they have those too. Did you say salads? Yes! There was 4 or 5 kinds of salads on the menu. They even had chili. Now about those wings; they have a wall of fame or flame (I forget) but if you eat a certain amount of wings with the very hottest sauce-you can't drink anything or eat anything else, you get placed up on the the wall of flame! read more

Great wings! Plenty of options for seating and watching the game. The service was okay considering it wasn't too busy. We all got wings along with the garlic cheese curds which were phenomenal. How could you go wrong with garlic and cheese?! If you aren't in the mood for wings, the menu has many more options to choose from. The beer tower is a must. The other night I brought my son in to get some wings for myself and dessert for him (he had already eaten). I ordered traditional buffalo wings, which were crispy and huge. The sauce was delicious and the blue cheese was unbelievable. Everything was so fresh - even the celery, which is usually kind of gross and limp at wing places. My son got the Oreo churros (and was kind enough to give me a bite). Warm, delicious, and sweet with a yummy creamy frosting dip. I can't believe he shared, they were so good. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom, and though there are tv's lining the walls it wasn't loud and distracting. I haven't even got to the best part. Caitlyn, our server, was just perfect, and she won the heart of my four year old. He has asked me to go see Caitlyn every night since. While they aren't really a kid restaurant, he really felt special. They do have a kids menu, but that's not really the focus. At any rate, Caitlyn, don't leave please! My wife and I eat here often. The servers are nice and the food is good, better than BWW. I especially like their rib tips and all the various homemade sauces they offer for their wings. Their TNT sauce is so flavorful. The price is pretty fair, so we eat there a couple times a month. read more

So I happened to try this place on accident the other day. We tried to order from our favorite wing place but for some reason or another it closed early unexpectedly. So we headed here, so points for being open!! It's a cool little place on the inside with a full bar. They have more than wings which is also a plus, I had the boneless wings and they were tasty. My friends has the traditional wings but they didn't care very much for them. The person who greeted us was nice and friendly, sadly she wasn't our server. We got another who seemed very bothered. She took our orders fast. I was going to order a beer but after that it just seemed she wanted us out. At this time there was only 1 other table eating. Absolutely horrible! 2nd time going in recently with HORRIBLE service. This place has gone down hill. Used to be one of our favorites. We sat for almost 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. Someone else came in sat down and the waitress went straight to their table with water and menus. Finally flagged down someone and with no words he just threw menus on the table and walked away - we were ready to order! He never came back. Another 10 minutes or so go by and my husband goes and finds someone. And he gets VERY rude with him and tells him he is the only waiter. Uh, no there are at least 5 running around taking orders and delivering food. People ordered food and got it without us even being acknowledged. Another table had to also flag someone down to take their order and they were there before us. So rude! There were enough runners/waiters where they could have brought drinks and acknowledged us. First of all, this restaurant is newly built, but the rear I the building is facing Shadeland. We weren't greeted by a hostess, even though the sign said, "please wait to be seated". we proceeded to the bar. After sitting at the bar for a while the bartender finally introduced himself. He seemed busy even though there weren't many people in the restaurant tonight. After waiting about 5 to 10 minutes we finally received our drinks. We received our food. The sauce was halfway spread around our wings. I received all my wings but my other guest received only six of his 10 wings they immediately brought out the remaining four. Good food, horrible service and management. As someone who has worked in the service industry before, why would they give the day 2 new server 8 tables on a Friday night??? We ordered drinks and appetizers, which came out about 20 minutes later. When we order meals our server came back about 20 minutes later and said they no longer had one of the kids meal on the menu. We finally got our food an hour later, then waited another 15 minutes for silverware. We saw 2 other servers who may have had 1-2 other tables on the family side. What a disappointment, arrived when the order was to be ready and had to wait 45 minutes longer. Ok, it was a busy Friday night, we can wait. When we got home, the food was cold (why the wait if the food was ready?). The kids meal with the only boneless wings ordered, fries and apple juice wasn't in the bag.
