For the Laurel, MS area this is a solid three star joint. To me it was more of a two star experience as I have had exponentially far superior Asian buffet experiences. The sushi portion of the buffet was a one star experience on par or below grocery store pre-made sushi rolls. This buffet is MUCH better than the nearby China Wok that while far cheaper serves utter garbage food! Overall they have a decent selection here of pretty mediocre food. Most of the food items seem to be pre-made Chinese themed food that came out of some kind of package that just needed some reheating. Service was a bit slow in the beginning and then warmed up fast to being very good. Overall for the price it just didn't seem like a good value as I could have had a far superior steak dinner for around the same cost as this mediocre buffet. If you want to hog out and stuff yourself this might be a better choice for you though.

I had lunch here this week and realized my original review was several years old and since then this restaurant has relocated to a new location. The new location is large inside with plenty of parking outside in their own lot. My lunch was about $10 before the drink and everything that I tried I enjoyed. The egg drop soup was particularly rich and robust. The seafood options were plentiful and tasty. There was plenty of selection available and ice cream to finish! They also have a hibachi option here that I didn't try on this visit. Table service was prompt and efficient. This restaurant is your best bet for a Chinese buffet in Laurel. If you come here you will get a good meal.

Arrived at 6:00 PM. Not good! Sushi was not fresh! Hot food not fresh. Worse Chinese ever. I won't be back.

Good service. Clean. The food was good. I'm never a fan of all you can eat joints. But I was impressed.

There are absolutely no shortages of places to eat in Hattiesburg. Some visiting might lean towards safe places with menu items they feel secure and safe with, and there's nothing wrong with that. But, if that's you you're missing out on some amazing food. Today I took my wife for mother's day as they had some special items on their menu, while also keeping their regular menu available. We started with their standard dumpling appetizer. We get it everytime we eat there and they're delicious every time. The meals we picked were the the kimchi cabanara and the shrimp and grits. Both on their special mother's day menu. Both were absolutely delicious with fresh ingrediants, balanced seasonings and amazing flavors. I'm Italian and grew up eating traditional family Sunday dinners but this bowl of pasta was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very modern with a combination of traditional asian features mixed with some modern MTV inspired artwork. If you're into craft cocktails they got you covered as well. The only miss we had to day was our server never came back to take our dessert order, when we asked to order it he confused what we said for the bill and brought that instead. Not a deal breaker, we were actually too full for it anyway and we've had their desserts before. They always inventive and delicious. At the end of the day, one small service hiccup wasn't enough to overshadow what was an outstanding meal and experience. In a city packed with chain restaurants and predictable menus, places like this are what make Hattiesburg's food scene worth exploring. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone a little, you'll be rewarded with creative dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors you'll still be thinking about on the drive home. We'll absolutely be back.

Cocktails were creative and beautifully presented. The food was great - eclectic Asian would be my descriptor. We had the pickled veggies which included kim chi, black garlic, poblanos, pickles, and collards. The assortment was very nice. The pork and shrimp dumplings were a bit firmer than I'm used to, but not in a bad way, and the flavors were excellent. The pot roast egg rolls were a fun mashup. The okra was delicious - perfectly cooked and great balance of flavors. The pork belly buns were my favorite item. Lots of tender, crispy pork on a cloud soft bun. Yum! I will definitely return if in the area.
