Didn't work so instead he took his official phone out and took pictures of the rice on the counter to show it was delivered. What I didn't realize until we parted ways was that they had shorted me even more than the rice !! I was shorted 1 L1 General Tsos. So needless to say by this time I don't think I could have stood another round of intimidation and being treated like a thief so I just let it go. They can keep my money as I'll never go back there again. So learn from what I tell you. Open the bags when the driver is standing right there dam record the unbagging if you can. This cost me $8.95 for the missing lunch plus about half hour being treated like a lying thief. Stay away from Panda Express. There are plenty of other like restaurants in the area. As if the The Shoppe Ice Cream and More wasn't good enough, The Candy Shoppe (which is only open on Saturdays and Sundays) was a sight to behold. It was like stepping back in time to the candy stores from my youth and then some! My family is so grateful that these businesses have opened in our small town.
