The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work. I had A+ Pest conduct a termite inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. The inspection…read morewas completed prior to the home inspection being completed. The termite report indicated that the house had "No visible Evidence of Wood destroying Insects" and "No Signs of Previous Infestation or Treatment Visible". I got my home inspection back and it included pictures of the main girder and multiple floor joists in the crawl space showing signs of termite damage with large portions of the 2x8s being eaten away. Additionally, buried around the perimeter of the home are probably 8 termite stations. I cant not believe that a company conducting termite inspections would miss such obvious damage and signs. The inspection cost me $100 in total and I could have performed a more thorough inspection. I truly believe that the inspector didn't even enter the crawl space of the home. If you are in the Knoxville/East TN area I would use anyone else but this company.
