If you can find another company that uses similar products at a similar or better price, choose someone else for sure Update: my tech never showed up. I tried to call all the Orkin numbers and none of them were answered on Saturday or Sunday despite being advertised as "24/7 customer service". I called the local office Monday morning and the manager, Kevin, was rude and dismissive. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to care or be interested in his tech not showing up. You would think it would be easy to notify everyone on the tech's list that he's not coming when he didn't show up for work.
