Now i have a significant mouse issue again and have to start all over with another company. I made a mistake, and I trusted them hook line and sinker. On my first follow up on 5/31/23 the technician said he found one mouse which I did not see. The company never performed the second and subsequent follow ups. I tried to reason with them and come to some kind of compromise because it was obvious there were no mice in my home but that is not how they do business. The bottom line is I was duped into believing I had a major rodent problem and it cost me $1422 for one mouse hat I never did see. Furthermore they were rude, condescending, and patronizing over the phone . The next day I was sent the message below even after I agreed to pay them double for the work hours that they performed since there are no mice in my house. I have inspected all of the traps they set myself today and there is not one of them that had a mouse in it after 20 days. This is determined by actual activity inside the home, areas that need to be sealed on the outside of the home, and how many follow up's will be needed to remediate the problem. Also, while they charged me $150 for pest & mosquito control, after 3 visits I still had lots of ants and bugs etc. ...Come to find out, they never treated for pests as promised. They were dishonest, and misleading, and the mosquitos were not controlled. Go somewhere else.
