It worked fine initially, then began to have a glitch, which I wanted him to look at. Upon checking it out, Jon offered to refund part of my money, but I wouldn't let him. He took more of his valuable time at no charge to try to find the issue. *But being an autobody shop, he doesn't have the proper diagnostic tool needed. He gave me sound advice on how to proceed should I want/need to. I appreciate the quality work he did in replacing the latch. I especially appreciate his honesty and integrity in offering to give me a partial refund. As a single female senior citizen, it gives me great peace of mind to know I was charged fairly and honestly and that Jon did his best to fix the problem. If I ever need autobody work, this is where I will bring my car and encourage you to also! I definitely give 5 Stars for the service requested, quality & value!
