They didn't have any mobile techs that could come to me and explained their shop are was too small for a motorhome. Also they didn't have the right equipment to work on a motorhome. Hummm. It's just a windshield. I don't believe they spoke the truth. If the office was busy and didn't want to do mobile service they should have been honest instead of deflecting that the work was not possible. Bad business.

We called another windshield repair facility, but they were not able to help us during the short timeline that we would be in town. We called 20-20 and he indicated he would be out to our camping space by 5pm (note: that is their closing time). At 5:45pm, he had not arrived as yet, so we called and he was delayed working with another customer, so he offered to either come out after he finished his job (if we didn't mind), or come out first thing the following morning. We didn't mind either option since we realized we were asking for a quick reply. He actually came out the same night and our chip was fixed by 6:30pm and to a level that only a dot was seen in the place where the chip used to be. We were super pleased! Would highly recommend, and really appreciate the prompt service. Replacing a motorhome windshield for an expanding chip would have cost us thousands, so we appreciate his same-day visit very much!

They told us to come on over. Abby, Curtis, and Austin were super helpful and friendly. We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location. They saved our trip, much appreciated. After the glass was installed we went back to Sun Valley and enjoyed another few days of winter fun.
