Walking in I felt very misled by the sign. I expected a Jumbo park full of activities for all. It…read morewas very underwhelming and very overpriced. When I attempted to look up the reviews prior I noticed there weren't many photos of the food they offered. We went ahead and got a pizza there and quickly discovered why there were not photos of the food there. At an exuberant price I guess I expected a lot better quality. The pizza was just god awful. Even Sam's Club pizza tastes significantly better than the pizza they gave us. Looking at the box I discovered it wasn't even their own pizza. It was from an outside vendor who offers them significantly cheaper than the venue charges. Overall the park was very underwhelming consisting of mostly a big jumping balloon which consisted of mostly slides and climbing, swings, and a small jungle gym. They had a small endurance track above but it was very disappointing. It was significantly smaller than expected and the service wasn't the best. The restrooms don't allow you to flush toilet paper. I guess that should've been the first sign of how our experience was gonna go. I gotta say this place was not worth the price of admission. The food is very low quality. Even the Little Cesar's pizza tastes way better then the pizza there. Even western play land offers somewhat slightly better quality food than this place does. I definitely won't be returning.

How this place charges what it does for the little bit it provides is beyond me. Maybe because…read morethere's not much else of a market here, but between the lack of choices, the dirt and grinder everywhere, and the ungodly loud music, it's definitely a no for me for a second time.

Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this.

Apparently since it's spring break they don't accept groupons even though it doesn't state that anywhere. Anyway the place is very small compared to a lot of other indoor trampoline places that we've been to out here. There were only about 5 trampolines total....the ticket included unlimited jump time but after about an hour and a half everyone was done and over it lol....they have a very tiny arcade area with about 8-10 games of which about 4 work. My baby loved these types of places but this one is just too small for the cost. I paid about $25 for 2 tickets. So we probably won't be back.

With that in mind, I think that for the size of the city this zoo has a lot of potential for the size of the city and has improved significantly in the last few years. I recently visited the El Paso Zoo for the first time in 15 years and was amazed as how much it has changed. Compared to other zoos, their prices are very reasonable and I like that they also offer military and senior discounts. We visited on Super Bowl Sunday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was not super busy and since it was a little chilly all the animals were super active. Some of our favorites were the penguins and the meerkats. One thing to keep in mind if you visit very early is that all of their stores and vendors are still closed so it does take a few hours for them to open everything up. They also had some sections of the zoo closed up for renovations but not too many. Frankly it was nice to see that they are working to improve the living conditions of the animals. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely back next time we are in town.

While this zoo is on the smaller side, I felt like there was enough to see to make it worth it. It's also only $13-15, depending if you're a resident or not! What really stood out about this place were the unique animals - There's a lot to see from the Chihuahuan Desert, and other nearby regions. Each area is also nicely organized by Africa, Asia, The Americas, etc. There were a few places closed due to renovations but I'll assume that's because of the time of year. This zoo is pretty great! And only a short ride from downtown!
