Taylor was great and we had the best time making a Bear! He was attentive and had a great personable way of sharing the experience. We have visited multiple times this year and am loving the close location. Good parking and plenty to do! read more

It's all a scam. Don't register your bear it costs $10 for a crap piece of paper. Do they tell you the cost before they send you over, nope.

BIG shout out to Hannah and Caitlyn over at the Farmington Station location. One week ago I took my daughter to pick out a stuffy for her birthday. We ended up getting a defective one. I went in the next day and showed Hannah and Caitlyn and they immediately helped me, and were so helpful and understanding. I was able to get a new stuffy for my daughter, and she was thrilled when I picked her up from school and had a new, none ripped stuffy. Thank you so much ladies!! -Tanelle read more

The girl who "helped" me and my friend had the worst attitude. Acted like we were interrupting the conversation she was having with her associate. She was very rude and seemed like she was trying to rush through the process. And her associate was no help when we were confused about the voice box that goes in the build a bear. She was telling us what to do from across the store behind her desk. Not like she was too busy to come and help up. She was to busy on her phone and talking to her snobby work friend to come over and help paying customers. Don't waste your time or money here unless you want to get treated like crap. read more

The staff here is helpful and friendly, and they always point out a the sale options, which is nice and also the hook for me (sadly). I never feel pressured or like I am being unsold on all the add-ons, which is also nice. My daughter loves picking out outfits for her animals and loves the process. Just be careful, if you do go for all the "little" add-one, they add up fast! read more

So from an economical perspective, this is not the most efficient use of funds, unless you get a sale or some kind of coupon. That said, BAB is an experience. My girls love going and picking out a bear, getting a heart, and then helping the workers stuff it. All of the workers that I have met are really friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do. We've probably made around a dozen different trips to BAB over the years and have yet to meet someone who was grouchy or having a bad day. read more

Terrible service. I came in because a found a stuffed animal online and it said it was in stock. The item is $8 more in store than what online states it is. The employee says I have to purchase online to get that deal then I can get it. I buy it online and show her the confirmation, and she said I had to wait 45 minutes before I could leave the store with it! I don't have time to do that so I left without my item, and now I have to call a customer service number and deal with a hassle of getting a refund. TERRIBLE service! How do they not honor their company prices? read more

Such a fun outing for little ones! The staff was so helpful, and made the experience amazing for us. Ended up paying about 50$ for the animal, beating heart inside, clothes, boots, and carrier for the pet. Not the cheapest activity but honestly expected to pay more! I'd been in previously a couple times just to look around and see what they carried, but a friend of mine suggest we make our own Avengers bears after Endgame was released. I happily obliged! I opted for the Iron Man bear whilst she went for Captain America. I hadn't made a bear since I was in the 3rd grade so I didn't remember what exactly it was we were to do, but they walked us through it, and it was a good stroll down memory lane. We chose our bear, stuffed him up, chose scents, sounds, beating hearts, and a small stuffed heart to make him "come to life" during the heart ceremony. We made a wish and then our bears were tied up. It was a little pricey, but honestly worth it in my opinion. I got a sugar smell in my belly and a beating heart in his hand as "Proof that Tony Stark Has A Heart." I thought I was clever. It didn't take us a whole lot of time to go in and go through the whole process before we were on our way. I can't wait to return and bring my kiddos here one day! Build-A-Bear was such a dream when I was a kid, I know my kids will feel the same way. Thank you for being so awesome and kind to us during our visit! read more

The worst. Expect to wait around for an hour and then another 20 minutes at checkout. Their manager (Josh) I'm guessing is HORRID, no sense of trying to get people moving through the line he just stands around the entire time. Staff was great. My daughters each had a 50 gift card and they were able to slip it up so the kids could get the 2 for 35 which saved the quite a bit. Nice selection of clothes and my kids had fun coming here to build their own animal. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand it's a pandemic but there are still things you can do to make a dismal situation better. After waiting in line outside for 45 minutes we discovered that they have very few animals in stock. When asked if they could call the Murray store to see if they had a bunny I was told I'd have to call them. So thought we'd buy it from them and have it shipped only to discover I would pay shipping. Everyone is extremely disappointed and I'm angry. What should've been a fun experience was a fail all the way around. I have absolutely nothing good to say. I'll be surprised if they aren't completely online soon. Why shop the brick and mortar store anymore. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager named Mel was so unhappy with her job. We called the build a bear complaint line and we're called liars. The man I spoke to said he called the store and he listened to her talk to other customers so there was no way she could have possibly mistreated us. It was such an unpleasant atmosphere the people in front of us left without any stuffing in their bears. I've only been treated this disgustingly unprofessional a few times in my life and we will NEVER return to this location or actually to any Build a Bear any where. My grand child has autism and was overwhelmed and the manager was being so short and unprofessional by rushing us through the check out process and not smiling or showing any patience. The only time she spoke to us was to ask us to move and she was very unpleasant when she did make eye contact with me she glared at me and didn't smile once. She should not be working with the public especially not children. This was such a horrible horrible experience all around!!!! Terrible customer service!!! read more

I went into this Build-A-Bear today with a friend. As two teenage girls, I wasn't sure how we would be treated. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were given the same experience as the young girl that was in the store at the time. The employees were happy to help us pick out a sound and stuff our bears. When I asked about a certain shirt, an employee immediately helped me find it. This experience won't go unnoticed. Thank you to the employees for making my night and keeping the magic alive. read more

I took my 5 year old son there today and we had such a fun experience. The girl who helped us was so nice and VERY interactive with my son. Her tone was just so pleasant and she made it an unforgettable experience by asking him questions about his favorite cartoons, superheros, and giving him tons of compliments. I also brought my 1 year old son with us and he was wreaking havoc all over that store and the 2 employees that were there were so nice about him grabbing things off the shelves and throwing things on the ground. The girl who was helping us even gave my 1 year old a bear on a stroller so he could occupy himself with pushing it around the store. All in all it was such a great experience and I'm really glad we went to this particular workshop. read more
