I pulled up the 2 missing parts from the Talking Sorting Hat and she explained that they wouldn't have the pieces in store. Then explained the process to obtain missing parts, which I greatly appreciated even though I was aware of this, and then when I said we were hoping to avoid the wait...she walked to the back where the store had an assembled Hat and took it apart to get the pieces for my son! What amazing customer service, completely and totally unexpected! We did browse the sets as well and I will say that some prices are right in line with big box stores and Amazon, others are on the higher side. That being said being able to browse all these sets in one place is an experience in itself.
