    Ordered Moen bathroom faucet and received these Grab bars instead........ Terrible order process

    Ordered two bathroom Moen faucet and received two grab bars. What a terrible process for checking orders before shipment. Ordered: Moen Zarita bath faucet: Brushed Niclel Received: Delta Grab bars Now my return is on hold for 3-5 business days per their online process. Trying to speak with anyone via a phone call is impossible buyer beware!!!! Don't use Build with Ferguson or BUILD.com

    Garbage from their junkyard. They ship you damaged products. When my Kohler shower pan arrived damaged they replaced it with one that was more damaged!!! Wasted my time , delayed my job... Garbage from thei junkyard. That's what you can expect from these people.

    I had to have an $1100 commode shipped 3 times, because the first 2 were delivered damaged. 1/2 plywood used for shipping a heavy wood vanity, but only about 1/2 of styrofoam for a porcelain commode. Now, this week, after waiting 12 weeks, I receive the matching sink top. It came damaged. Further, the internal box, a Kohler box, was damaged before it was packed into the shipping box. Build.com KNEW it was damaged before they shipped it. NOW according to Build.com, I have to wait up to another 12 weeks for a replacement. That's 6 months without my main bathroom because I wanted Kohler products.

    It was a little slow to ship for a faucet replacement. It would have been fine for a remodel job.

    I have to agree with some of the other reviews. Some of the items in the store are extremely…read moreoverpriced for the quality, and the customer service is a little lacking. I was greeted promptly when I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon in June, but that was it. Since reading the poor reviews about the customer service, I decided to take this into my own hands and approach the sales lady with questions and get her more engaged. I entered the store in flip-flops, a T-shirt and jeans by the way. So it probably was pretty obvious that I wasn't going to buy anything. I think that they may have the wrong personality behind the counter at this store. They need to have somebody that's more engaging with the customers. After a few questions and breaking the ice the sales lady did ask me if I would care for a cup of water or coffee. That is a nice perk to offer your customers, but it almost felt awkward. I feel like if the woman would take the time to offer every customer a beverage as they entered, they would feel more welcome. The store isn't exactly flooded with people. I was the only one in there until a couple of ladies came in about 5 minutes later. Perhaps she's afraid she would be spending too much time making beverages , which is understandable. I will return to the store, because I love what they have here and it is well laid out. I definitely get a lot of decorating ideas from walking into the store. They offer rugs, linens, bedding custom furniture, clothing, soaps, table decor, coral, candles, etc. Update: I have had a few more opportunities to experience this store throughout the year (2016-17). Improved customer service. I enjoy coming here.

You'd think that all the negative reviews over the last 15 years about your staff you would maybe work on it but I guess it was never a priority. Happy retirement and good luck to whoever the lady was who didn't help me, maybe try something besides customer service.

I watched her deal with people and make suggestions on how to decorate a bedroom at the old Hotel. She did this with pose and sweetness and was so helpful making suggestions on how and what to place in the room, because of the time period. The room was stunning! So, I felt if she could do that for a over 100 year old hotel, she could sure help me for my home. We started in the kitchen with a transformation We removed old cabinets, light fixtures, flooring! It was beautiful. Then we thought we needed to move into the family room and also redo things in the formal living room that was off the family room. Everything was flawless! I have never been as happy with the floors and each room blending into the other! Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything, or not have into with suggestions! She is so easy to work with and got true value and more from her redoing our home! If you have been looking for someone to redo a room in your home, she is the one to call! Today!
