I reached out to Lydia after several failed attempts at Keto dieting, intermittent fasting, and many failed paleo attempts. In a gist: knew all the things I was "supposed" to do but lacked follow through in doing these things, sticking with the "supposed" to do things, and even the things that were "supposed" to work (drink 64 oz of water, eat more greens! workout 4 x a week blah blah blah) really weren't working.... weight loss was not happening! Now, I look forward to eating (because I'm not depriving myself of anything!) meal planning is less stressful, feel much less overwhelmed at the idea of losing more weight, and much more enthused to work out. Attending hypnotherapy sessions with Lydia has seriously changed my life. I've suffered from eating disorders for about six years ever since I was a teenager. I have tried numerous methods to try and solve my eating disorders. Whether it be through trying different meal plans, seeing psychologists, or taking medication...nothing seemed to stick. Sometimes I would last a few days or even a few weeks without giving in to my compulsions, but it never failed that I always slipped back. When I first came to Lydia for help, I was seriously at rock bottom. My eating disorder had gotten way out of hand, and I felt like I was spiraling out of control. I met Lydia through a dear friend of mine during a transformation circle. Lydia was talking about hypnosis to the group and I was intrigued. I contacted her soon after for an initial chat where I shared my anxiety, my sugar addiction, and relationship struggles. We talked about the way ahead which would be five in person sessions over a month and half. Full disclosure - I'm a huge skeptic of hypnosis and the whole self-help industry as a whole. Build Yourself Inside is a huge blessing to me. Lydia guides me every session to using different techniques to better myself and to open myself to no one else but me.
