After having been told by two employees that vanity tops were not available at this location, Mathew understood what I was looking for and took the effort to show me samples of stock available. He was very informative and polite. I ordered the top and received it 4 days later. I'm so impressed with the final product and quality of product! We recently had a large kitchen project and went to check this place out to see what they had to offer. We'll let me tell you, they've got everything in one place and I loved it. It was very convenient and priced well. Do keep in mind that there is a check in process which I had no idea about. I walked around for about 20 minutes shopping around and looking for someone to help me. Make sure you check in when you arrive so they can assign a representative to help you. Check out process was quick and easy and most of the items are on site in the warehouse ready to be picked up same day. Definitely check this place out. read more

I went to 4 or 5 different stores before coming to Builder City/Cabinet City, and the first thing I said to myself after looking at their selection and experiencing firsthand their friendly service, was WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST? The store is big, clean, and beautiful, yet they have high quality vanities for better prices than the janky places that I went to first. They carry mostly brand name shower faucets, which are expensive, but their prices for those parts are good even compared to online retail sites. This place is awesome as it has a wonderful showroom and prices are great. The staff are extremely helpful and nice as I had purchased a faucet from them. Unfortunately the one that I purchased did not fit my kitchen. It had been several weeks since I had purchased it and I was concerned they weren't going let me exchange it. Since I hadn't touch the box they were nice enough to let me exchange it to something else without any issues or hassle whatsoever. Therefore I highly recommend them!! We purchased a vanity for 1600 and after delivery , we only I selected it on the top. Few days after when the contractor was installing, we noticed a crack and one of the rollers of the drawer was defective. We contacted them and they refused to replace the cracked counter top .
