Only negative, there is a male worker there (don't think he was Asian, maybe Hispanic, had dark facial hair, wearing a cap) that was following me and asking me if I needed help multiple times. (This was on 2 separate visits). But then it got creepy and inappropriate on my last visit when he asked for my phone number and put his hand on my arm. Clearly flirting, saying things like "pretty girl." Although his English was not perfect I understood his intentions and body language. I was so creeped out, I left immediately and never returned again. Ladies beware.

Super patient with me on answering all my questions and helping me find the best measurement and solution that will fit my daily home needs. Jason came out two times because we ended up getting measurement for our kitchen and restroom cabinets as well since wanted the same set for both restrooms and cabinets for color and feels. The process was so seamless and their quotes were by far the best in town. After all the measurement is done and we finalize our designs, we went in store to pick out our stone and handles. I think that was the only hard part of the whole process because they had so many choices for handles and stones to choose from. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.
