I've been to Elite Stone & Cabinet in Pomona (about an hour from LA) quite a few times now and it has been consistently busy and crowded! And there's probably a reason why so many people are visiting. For me, I have been very happy with my most recent purchases. I am in the midst of a huge home renovation and have been doing tons of research on cabinets, quartz finishes, and details like sinks and faucets. I was planning to buy some additional cabinets at another place but decided to stop by Elite just in case. I spoke with the team and I was looking for an open cabinet for the microwave and luckily, they had one on display and the rest is history. So I ended up ordering the rest of my cabinets from Elite! Next thing you know, I was buying a sink, faucets, and more quartz slabs! They have tons of selections including the popular Calacatta Phoeniz Quartz and Carrera White Quartz. We ordered recently from EliteStone Group a quartz backsplash. The 2 EliteStone Group installer staff were installing the new backsplash for my kitchen that was done last year 2021 by MTD Kitchen. I did not get a backsplash at that time as I was thinking about having tiles for the backsplash. However, I didn't like any tiles I saw and decided to get the same backsplash as the existing countertop is. I was so lucky to find exactly the same named Quartz at EliteStone Group and on top the price was quite reasonable and fair (better than many other places I contacted!). I wish we would have used EliteStone Group also for our new kitchen last year as our experience with MTD Kitchen was not satisfactory. But unfortunately I did not know about EliteStone Group then. Firstly, the quartz from EliteStone Group turned out exactly the same as our existing countertop and looks so beautiful - we are awestruck by the beauty of it and just sit there and admire it. Secondly, the 2 installers did such excellent skillful and impeccable work installing the wonderful backsplash with a wonderful window sill even. It's incredible how perfect they measured it all and provided such great service that my family and I are completely amazed and happy. They also cleaned up everywhere beautifully. I ordered a quartz countertop from Elite Stone and Cabinet. I had purchased 3 different sizes which came out to me purchasing 2 slabs. I thought everything was fine and dandy until my installer/fabricator picked it up and installed it. I was gone for most of the day and when they called to tell me that the project was finished, I was distraught. They had sold me quartz that was different shades. My installer said that they just picked it up as they thought that was the agreement I had with the company. This was completely false and for Elite Stone and Cabinet to sell different shades without first notifying the customer is completely dishonest. I called them to ask what had happened and why they would sell me two different shades. They apologized, said they will accept the return, but I had to pay the restocking fee. Additionally, I would have to pay for my contractor to remove the countertop, deliver it back, and pay for him to install the new one. It was such a mess and now I have to see a yellow and light blue tint quartz countertop every day. This is just awful. read more

Bought Carrara white quartz for kitchen and installed. Within 2 days, a crack appeared from no where. Since i bought home recently, we did not even move in to use the kitchen. It was definitely not user error since we dint use the kitchen yet. The strange thing was the crack was wider initially and become fine crack at the night. Seems the stone is expanding and contracting with temperatures. When i reached the store, they said installer might have made mistake with plywood. Installer came and verified all good and the problem might be with the stone. I gave 2 two stars only because store was responding to my queries and offered me small size stone for which i need to pay as replacement for the broken one. The problem is installer will not do it for free in replacing the small broken piece. The store should have replaced the stone without negotiation in the first place since the crack is expanding and contracting with temperature, it's obvious that stone has quality issue. Second, atleast they should have refunded some money to have it reinstall by my installer. Overall i am not happy with my purchase at this store. I would recommend people to check MSI stone at orange. It was huge store and i hope they don't fight for petty issues read more

After looking at a few different cabinet and stone places, we decided to go with Elite Stone and Cabinets in Pomona. Both Terry and Lily were great assisting us with selecting the right colors and style of cabinets, floor tile, countertop and mosaic (backsplash) tiles. Within a few days after, Terry came to the house and took all the measurements. Lily was then able to provide us with a 3D diagram of what the kitchen would look like, which we loved. The process was smooth from ordering the cabinets, countertop and tile to scheduling the installation dates. The installers were very professional and very clean. They finished on time and made changes that we requested without any hesitation. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE this company. About 6 months ago we had a vanity with sinks installed. The surface on the sinks are already chipping. The holes were not properly drilled for the valves. The grout is cracking and deteriorating and the drawers do not operate properly. I contacted the management and he tries telling me that this is normal wear and that they aren't gonna try to make it right. They texted me that there are repair kits for the chipped sink. As far a we're concerned, we wasted $3000.00. Unfortunately, we will have to resolve the issue through small claims court. read more

We are so grateful to Elite Stone & Granite for helping us get the kitchen of our dreams. We moved into this house about 4 years ago, and as with most homes, wanting to make it our own, the list of desired projects has been long. From early on a new kitchen was on the wish list, but it just wasn't in our budget as there was so much else that needed to be done first. For our 2018 New Years resolution, we decided to move the new kitchen up the list, but only to the extent we could afford, so expectations were low and compromises were expected. We talked to several companies and almost gave up - but then a brief visit with Lily at Elite gave us hope - she kindly gave us an estimate in our budget (wow), for both cabinets and a granite countertop without having measurements or any real details from us. We came back a week later with pictures, drawings, measurements, and our wish list, kind of expecting the pricing to be higher, just because it couldn't really be in our budget, could it? But she gave us everything on our wish list, plus some, at just $35 more than the ballpark numbers she gave us the week prior. Done deal. We signed up immediately, just hoping we were getting what was described. Three days later they did demo. Three days later they put in the cabinets. The next day countertops. Yep, the whole thing took them one week. That is all. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. All went as planned and on budget - we only had one minor cost add on ($33) because I decided I wanted more hardware at the last minute. Now another 2 weeks later, the rest of the kitchen is done (backsplash, painting walls, stuff organized and put away, curtains up, etc.), and truly we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Elite!!! Lily transformed our outdated kitchen into a stunning modern kitchen. She always answered my many questions. I emailed her frequently about ideas, questions and concerns. She promptly responded to all of my emails. On our first visit to Elite, she asked for the measurements and then BAM she made a CAD drawing of our kitchen. So, I joked with her, will my cabinets be installed that fast. She said, yes. I replied, what? She said usually finished in less than a day. Well that is precisely what happened. The cabinets were installed in one day and the granite counter top was finished the next day. Elite has a nice selection of cabinets and granite counter tops. My wife and I had been pricing all of our options and shopping around for quite some time. Even after she gave us to quote and we finalized everything, I continued to shop around (just to confirm we were getting a good deal). Their quote seemed to good to be true. Overall, My husband & I are satisfied for what we received for the price we paid. We only got our white shaker cabinets and quartz countertop here. We shopped around at 12 different places and received 9 estimates (never heard back from 3 people or received estimate). We took a risk and settled on Elite Stone & Cabinet. Our fears were that we were going to go with a company/contractor that charged way more and would wind up with the same prefab cabinets and glitches. We would definitely recommend this place to others. However, we had our own person (recommended by someone) for the backsplash, electrical work, & plumbing. There are little glitches that need to be fixed/touched up (such as gap under island and outlet for microwave & other minor things). We also have family members that know about construction and would help us in an emergency if needed. Thus, we knew glitches would happen, but had people ready to help us out. 5 stars: Lily was on point with communication. She always answered all our questions and text messages, even during cabinet/quartz installation. This is super important when you are spending money on a big project. She made changes to our kitchen design very quickly (we wasted hours at another company for this) & she made it seem so easy. Also, demolition was a few hours (3 hours tops), cabinet installation took a full day (9:30-6:30), and quartz installation was full day (10:00-6:00). That was quick! The quartz installer was on point & precise--you can definitely tell he knew his craft. *We'll put pics up of before & after.
