Lies, rip-offs, poor service, horrible horrible treatment when purchases have issues. Nobody cares, there are very few people in the store who actually care about the customer. Most of those don't last very long they get tired of being run to by everybody and eventually leave for a better job. I think they get worked to death. I learned after a couple of years of dealing with their horrendous treatment that the Home Depot in Lebanon delivers to where I live. They have a 1 hour delivery zone and I live 45 minutes away. Guess where I get most of my stuff now? Guess how it gets to me? Guess how many times I have things missing or damaged or the wrong item? Yep you got it they are heads and shoulders above any service that Lowe's provides. I plan my trips accordingly when I need to physically go and get things so that I can do it in Lebanon and not here. Very shortly, I won't have to drive that far because the new Home Depot in this town should be up and running in the next year. Hallelujah, no more captive audience. Let's see how quickly this Lowe's goes from being number one in sales to the bottom of the list. I have a feeling it's going to be a rapid fall.

They sell vintage style metal signs, some auto supplies, and red neck hats. The shops owner's daughter runs an animal rescue, and she will bring in a different dog every day, in hopes that it will be adopted by a kind customer. We actually drove out here to pick up our newest family member! We also got a set of socket wrenches. If you need a basic tool, try out this salt-of-the-earth shop first.
