There were several communication breakdowns, multiple trips, and some confusion with my order that left me pretty discouraged. Wanting to provide constructive feedback, I reached out to the management team at the Littleton location. From that point on, everything changed. Blake personally took the time to call me--not just once, but several times--to truly listen to my experience. At no point did I feel dismissed or rushed. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and appreciated as a customer. What impressed me most wasn't that they resolved the issue--it was that they genuinely cared about making things right and improving the customer experience. To my surprise, Pioneer also went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, even though I had simply wanted to provide feedback. That level of integrity and customer care is rare today. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I'm not a contractor or a large commercial customer--I'm simply a homeowner completing my own landscaping project. I would expect this level of customer care for a large business that spends thousands of dollars each month, but I certainly didn't expect to receive it as an individual homeowner. Then in March they kept calling and harassing me saying I owed a balance - on work they didn't finish or do right. I emailed them documentation from the county showing no permits were pulled, that they brought the wrong stain color, and confronted them about price gauging, but got no reply. However I did immediately get a notification from my county that they submitted a fence permit... 9 months late. The permit listed the cost of the project to be what I already paid. Seemed like we were done. Now again, nearly 11 months after they installed the wrong fence, they are harassing me for "payments due," threatening a lien - for work they did not complete, permits submitted late, and a fence not contracted. They still have yet to send me an invoice: it's all just vague threats over the phone. Now I have to get an attorney to handle their harassment. Avoid at all costs!

When I finally received the shutters 3 months later, they were the completely wrong style AND size to match the rest of my house. I called and emailed to fix the issue but went unanswered again FOR MONTHS. Finally had time to go into the office and they won't refund because it's been too long. It's not the correct product, no amount of time will make it the correct shutter. Avoid this place like the plague. You probably won't even get a response anyway.

A guy comes on the phone and said yes they had it but he needed to call me back as he was working with another customer. Three hours later, I called again and was told maybe now they sold what I wanted! No, so paid for it and set up delivery. Delivery person shows up and I have the garage door open to show him where my car is so please put ALL the mulch in the left side. Ok he said. I go out and find my car blocked by mulch and three huge oil stains in the driveway. I'm 74 and now must go shovel mulch in 90 degree heat! They're response? I signed the paper and assumed liability and they can't help move mulch out if the way.
