Dr Fernandez is very open and clear about their protocols and what is expected from the children as far as contact between kids, mask wearing, and hygiene, which was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable sending my son. They also have a large outdoor space where they spend a significant amount of time in the summer months. My son absolutely loved his time there and always had something fun to tell me about when I picked him up. He enjoyed the weekly themes and the crafts and activities that go along with each week's theme. My son had clearly made a genuine connection with many of the staff and other kids there in just three short weeks, which I believe reflects greatly on the caring nature of the staff and nurturing atmosphere that they create.

The center's food menu has a great variety and, honestly, I feel less stressed not to have to worry about packing her lunch and subsequently she has learned not to be a picky eater at all. With both of us having 10+ hour work days including our commutes, it truly gives us a peace of mind knowing that our daughter is in good hands. The facility is very clean, convenient location for commuters, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this facility to any parent looking for childcare.

I did not want to write this review, in fact 4 months ago I contacted Primrose corporate to provide…read morethis feedback and all they did was forward it to the center with zero intention of actually helping them. They were was nice and responsive when we were first signing up. We could not see the place due to Covid, which was not a huge deal. However, as soon as we signed up and they had my deposit, it seemed as though every question I had annoyed them. Once we started, it got worse. While they were always very responsive, I felt like I was talked to like a moron. I do have a traumatic brain injury and I don't remember things as well as others but the way they spoke to me was not acceptable. I became afraid of asking questions, something that no parent should ever be. Certainly not the kindness that Primrose preaches for its students. A few weeks in, I was ready to cut my losses and run. However, my daughter was doing OK and we decided to stick out the year. I do want to point out that safety and Covid protocol was AWESOME. The teachers were also great but the turnover was insane. While I understand some turnover my daughter had 5-6 different assistant teachers in her 9 months there. I could not even tell you how many teachers she had since we were not always kept up to date on who the teacher was/when teachers left etc. While we were always required to (and did) follow the rules it seems as though the center itself didn't need to follow their own rules and keep us up to date on changes to teachers. This year my daughter is constantly afraid when new teachers come in her new school's classroom, she seems to literally traumatized by the revolving door of teachers from last year. In the time we were there I received zero calls about my daughter having a behavior or sickness issue, we are not a problematic family. However, I never received her evaluations on time and I had to wait months and escalate before I got them. One evaluation they sent her home with some other kid's report and I sent it back and asked for ours, which I got 3 months later. To top it all off, you are not allowed to speak to teachers or other parents. You can't have their contact info (even with permission) and the app they use goes right to the main office and teachers aren't allowed to respond. It wasn't until they realized that we were going to leave as soon as the school year was over that they started being nice again. But honestly, I could not do another year at the school as a parent even though the Private K program was perfect for us. I know this school is still pretty new to the area and I think eventually the way parents (and my guess is teachers given the turnover) are treated is going to catch up with it. It's a shame because the education and program that Primrose has is awesome.

Our daughter quickly acclimated with the teachers and students. I love how they provide all food and beverage so I don't need to pack her everything. My daughter has excelled and as a first time parent with no family in the area, they coached us through major milestones like potty training. I was nervous to leave her on her first week and got pictures and videos to reassure that she was doing well and making new friends. My child looks forward to going to school and we learned how special PB is when we went to a nearby summer program after the school year was over. She asked everyday to go back to PB. They also have special events and shows for holidays. There was even a special Mother's and Father's Day gift that we'll cherish forever.

The teachers and staff are warm and very caring. The school treats staff well, and so they stay on for years. My son still sees a teacher he had as an infant on a regular basis. The staff and program focus on what's best for the kids, and ask for a level of engagement from parents that may be greater than a regular daycare or preschool. Nothing is mandatory, but it does encourage a level of interaction that has truly bred a nice community. I'm so happy we found eBridge and can be a part of this special place.
