She purchased materials on our behalf but refused to give us unit prices and volumes on materials. In addition she charged an up charge of 20% on building materials without our knowledge. The list of other problems with her before we parted ways is not pretty. In one case she brought us a tile installer who bid a tile laying job at double the price of a very competent firm who ultimately got the work. We have turned it over to an attorney. We definitely would not recommend her or her firm.
