I requested he come back Monday morning, because that is when the problem occurred. Fast forward to Sunday 57 degrees in the house when I got up and the furnace would not fire. Called again and an on call technician came out, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They also waived the service technician fee for the first call, and charged only the truck fee. Billing was very easy to work with. It was more expensive because the work was done on the weekend which could not be helped.
