When placing return item on scale and asking to return, employee flat refused to help me. Said self return was behind me and that I had to use it. This is unacceptable business behavior. He simply did not want to do his job. Why are there employees if they refuse to help customers? This is a result of bad attitude, lack of training, and bad management.
