Stopped by today (1/7/26) to drop off Amazon return. Two young men behind counter, doing nothing, (no other customers). When placing return item on scale and asking to return, employee flat refused to help me. Said self return was behind me and that I had to use it. This is unacceptable business behavior. He simply did not want to do his job. Why are there employees if they refuse to help customers? This is a result of bad attitude, lack of training, and bad management. This UPS store needs to do better. read more

younger girl working the counter was absolutely the rudest person. Never smiled. Short answers. sarcastic. just very unpleasant. My business uses this store often and today wasn't the first time this has happened. Managers need to hold their employees accountable. If you hate your job, go find another but don't be rude to everyone else. read more

The lady in the douglasville store did not understand english enough where i had to write everything down so she would understand. I wasn't the only customer that was haveing this issue. Manager showed up, and rather than staying to help the line of people waiting. They unlocked parts of the inside but forgot to let the only other employee in.. so basically they're locked out, there's a line of people and they're being advised to come back later. Coming to this UPS is always pointless. There's always something not working or offline.

Went in there to return something from Amazon and they said that I needed a printed label. They could print one for me for $3.17. I emailed them the label and then the girl said it would be $3.17 each copy. I said well you only need one and she said no we have to print two. She really meant it was $.17 each copy and $3.00 for processing. She didn't communicate well at all. When I questioned it she acted like I was the dumb one. I know what she said. I can't help it the she didn't mean what she said. She then pushed me off on someone else so I had to wait another 10 minutes for assistance. The whole store seemed poorly run. I spoke to the manager but he was no help. I'll find another location. read more

I was surprised to see such a low average in stars for this UPS store. I've been there a couple times when the line was a bit long but it usually moves quickly. More so than the other one I sometimes visit. I really like the self service stand that I can use for my packages with prepaid labels. I wish all UPS stores had one! I've been here at least a dozen times and there has never been an equipment issue. read more

Always a long line. High employee turnover so that it's always someone who is new and learning on the job. Half the time the system is down. I go into many UPS stores and this has to be the slowest one I've ever been in. And it's consistently slow. When you have prepaid labels you really don't expect to stand in line for half an hour. An improvement would be having someone dedicated just to serving people with prepaid labels. read more

Went in for a quick printing! The lady is sooooooo abrasive for no reason at all. My God, she's yelling her instructions at me. They're NOT busy. Seemingly there is no stress factor at play. I stopped by to get my fingers electronically printed for a background check required by my new employer. I already had my registration code pulled up on my iPhone, as my company prepaid the fee for me. The gentleman working there immediately punched in my registration code and started the process ASAP! He was really efficient and gave me precise and clear directions of how to properly roll my fingers over the glass scanner platform. We had some difficulty when it came to my pinky fingers, but he said that 95% of people have experienced the same issues with the scanner not accepting their pinky finger scans. After multiple attempts, the gentleman went into the system and had to choose the best available scan and override the system to accept the scan he chose. No problem. It didn't take long at all! He immediately printed out my confirmation page that read, "Fingerprint Captured Successfully!" He mentioned that it will take 3-4 days for the background check to be officially completed and that the results will be immediately forwarded over to my employer. In addition, he advised that I share my confirmation code (TCN) located on the confirmation print out with my employer, as they will most likely request it. That was it! I was in and out within 5-8 minutes!! That was the fastest and most efficient finger printing process I have ever experienced! 5 Stars!! read more

This is the WORST UPS store in Douglasville, Ga. No one ever answers the phone and if they do you are met with a disgusting and disrespectful attitude. When you go into the store, you don't feel welcomed, no one greets you and you feel like you are bothering them to do their job. It appears the person working there is extremely unhappy and takes it out on the customers. Every time I go in there, I'm begrudgingly met by this woman who looks pregnant. Pregnant or not, you just don't treat paying customers like dogs on the street. She needs to quit or take some classes on customer service, which she is lacking. I'd rather go out of my way and go to the UPS store on Hospital Drive than to be subjected to this person's nasty attitude. This is not a one-time experience, this is EVERY TIME I visit the store or my husband visits the store. I went into the store with 2 packages that ALREADY HAD PREPAID UPS LABELS ON THEM. There was a line and in the past I have been able to leave my packages without waiting on people to pay to have labels created. My labels were already on the boxes. The black lady at the front said you can't leave these here, we are not a drop off store. She wanted me to wait in line when I needed nothing from the store. I took my packages with the prepaid UPS labels to another store. I WILL NOT BE BACK! The lady was RUDE! Good luck keeping customers with abusive attitudes! read more

I have packages that are already prepaid with labels. All I need to do is drop them off. Depending where I am at, I use about 5 different locations. This location on Douglas Blvd has always been a problem. They tell me I have to stand in line and wait my turn. All the other locations have a place to drop and leave them with out having to stand in line. Today at Douglas Blvd, I came in knowing i will have to stand in line. There was a lady off to the side (at a table not the counter) that walked up and asked the next in line what he needed, he said just to drop off a box that already had a label. She said come over here and she scanned the box with an I pad, I followed that guy over to the table since i had the same thing, she told me to get back in line so i did, 10 seconds later she said i could come over, i told here since I had to get back in line i will wait to get to the counter, since i was next in line, i proceed to tell the person behind the counter how unhappy i was due to not having a designated drop of area, a manager comes out and tells me he is in the process of reporting other locations for doing that, says they are breaking corporate policy. he then tells me that i am no longer welcome in that store since I am so unhappy with their service, i ask him if i am banned he says yes. i just walked out astonished by the service. read more

I stop here to ship my mother her gift. I was greeted by a sweet lady named Nicole, who helped me. She boxed everything up, she even went beyond that by cutting the box a little, so nothing move around. I was very happy with the level of service I received here at this store. They also provide mailbox service and you can fax or copy. read more

Always a line at this store. I've seen lines with 3+ customers while employees chit chat. I've been given wrong information on insurance and delivery times...both times cost me more money as a small business. No drop-off for prepaid labels either...even the usps has that. I always choose fedex over ups when I can because of the continually lousy service I receive at this store. read more

I went in a month before I needed my newsletter printed and got an estimate, $30. I went back with the newletterwaited, While an employee who said she had been there three years went to the manager to put in the copy settings on a copier. I got back and the bill was $52. I am a business owner and ship items at this UPS Store very often. There is 1 female that works here who is always RUDE no matter what the situation and her poor attitude always negatively effects my day. Sometimes I request a Fragile sticker to go on my box and anytime I do and this female handles my shipment she acts as if this is just a complete inconvenience and that is just not part of her job description. I walked in yesterday to send a package with a pre-printed label and asked this employee for a Fragile sticker because I noticed a roll of them were right beside her waste. She completely ignored this request as she has previously done and I asked her again. She acted like there were none around and that she would have to get them at a later time where I could not verify this task was completed. I told her that the roll of Fragile stickers were right beside her leg and she said "where" like she didn't know they were there in an attempt to stick to her story. I pointed at them at which time she got very defensive that I had called her out on her story at which time she changed her story to "those Fragile stickers are stuck and to hard to pull off" at which time I said just hand them to me and I will do it myself. She refused to do that because at that time I would have proved to her that they were easy to pull off and she was just trying to give me a hard time so she stormed off to the back of the store and grabbed another roll at which time she put the sticker in a different spot then I requested it to go in an attempt to still be defiant to my wishes. This females poor attitude and lack of professionalism is completely unnecessary but this behavior is consistent every time she handles my shipments. In my opinion she does not need a job working with the public because her poor attitude negatively effects the Customer. I visit this store regularly and this female is the only employee who has a poor attitude and refuses to offer good customer service. The other employees are always nice and go out of there way to be helpful. read more

Any time I need to mail something I go to this place, The UPS Store on Douglas Blvd. The staff is friendly and helpful and not pushy. I can get in and out of there in very little time, and they are always friendly to my kids. read more
