Everything that has been said about this company is false. Despite that my Branch manager was excellent in her dealings, she was also not very thorough. She never communicate potential employees with management. Management also lacks disciplines and culture. What is this company culture? $25 commission yearly? $9.79 hourly pay? Then why the 4 and 5 stars? Maybe the stars should be carefully address to the location serviced not to the company per see. Again, my site, absolutely, is a 5 star, but management practices and culture are disaster. I work for Building Security Services for 5 years. Precisely, from August 2010 to July 2015. Building Security Services have the worse practice ever. They only seek their success and not the success of their employees. If I can outline the shifts I handled, you will say it is enough to put a curse on them. Because of this company I barely sleep. I worked one of the longest hours in this company - About 2 days and half in a site. I know how many time my manager called me to help hold sites even if I am off. But when I ask them to help me with my vacation because I am going to study abroad in Germany hear what the CEO, Susan Ferdinando said on one of her E-mails addressing the branch Manager, "Must resign. Why doesn't anyone like rules? He's upset because he knows he didn't meet the requirements for his 2 week' vacation but to threaten with a lawyer? It's in out handbook..He won't be here for his anniversary date, he is 16 days shy of it. I break the rules for him I would have several lawsuits on my hands. He is not entitled to his vacation pay and he is NOT GETTING IT. END OF STORY." I hope that people who will work for this company and those who will give them contract read this review before becoming the next victim of serfdom and slavery. Avoid this place.. they are extremely unprofessional, consistently messing up your paychecks, they will trick u on your overtime pay rate. The office is so disorganized , the benefits don't exist at all. Don't fall for it. The branch managers and field officers show favoritism and over look safety issues because they hire friend and family members.
