Doron is a genius! I was really apprehensive about getting my tv installed with all wires running into the wall as this job just seemed messy, laborious, and expensive. After receiving many quotes from different companies, I didn't just choose ExpertTech because it was the best value; I chose it because Doron is genuinely talented and knowledgeable and I liked his style. They took the longest to explain how it worked (and were most patient because I don't understand these tech-related things), and they even helped us with non-tv related internet issues. They cleaned up after themselves and were in great humor throughout the entire process (which was not easy, drilling into walls and connecting wires doesn't seem like fun). The best part - A few weeks afterwards, we made a mistake and broke one of our wires, we called Doron at night, he stayed with us on the phone to help us fix it, then called over the next day when we couldn't fix it. Excellent Service! I'm a tenant in a small residential building and frustrated with the broken intercom/buzzer system. So I negotiated w the landord to let me tackle this project. Doron was very communicative from the beginning, detailed quotes explaining everything, and Doron will even go further in every detail that I didn't even realize mattered. Being able to communicate through email was a lifesaver going between the building manager and other involved parties to organize logistics of access into other tenant apartments.
