Not sure about pricing, as we were so impressed with Isaac that we just chose them. And now that project is done, I can tell you that we did the right thing when we went with Essential Security. What they did is 5 stars +++. We looked for one contractor to take over the security system at our facility. Doors with access control, panic Bars, CCTV, and locks. We wanted to leave nothing from the older system. Everything new with one company that know everything about the system. I have to say that Essential Security Systems has the most amazing people working for them. I started my monitored alarm service by the end of 2022 and have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Isaac has taken care of every single problem I've had within a day! Definitely knows what he is doing and does everything possible to resolve the problem in one visit. Isaac is also super nice, and that's a plus! Got the intercom I wanted, and really a lot more. The first thing I noticed when I met with Isaac was that he do not try to make something bigger than what it is. Unlike other intercom installers I met with, Isaac explained that the project is average one and that Essential did many like it. He was super series, he gave me a detailed estimate the same day, and he presented license and insurance. The first time I tried the new unit it worked. No need for more work. Like pros. Thank you. The main reason I have hired Essential is that I got their name from ¾ people I asked for a recommended security company in New York. Essential Security Systems has been nothing short of excellent. Isaac, my main point of contact and the most knowledgeable person about security systems, was very professional; he provided lots of information about alarm systems in general (as I was deciding between several companies) and was great not only at setting up my alarm system and patiently teaching me about it, but incidentally helping me come to a decision on which security cameras to install (I was amazed by today's technology). Additionally, Isaac provided his personal cell phone number in case there are ever any issues with the alarm system in the future (luckily, I have had no issues to date). He provided a flat rate quote which was awesome since I didn't have to take time out of work to schedule for an electrician to come out, give an estimate, and then charge for just coming out. We went through everything; they listened to our concerns and preferences, explained different options available, and found the best spots for our cameras. Searched on different reviews sites including Yelp yesterday for the best local home security company operating in Williamsburg & Essential name came up with 5 star average rating. I decided to leave the name & phone number with office and wait for a call back from one of their experts. Ernest called back within 5 minutes, I was very impressed since I was extremely dissatisfied with the old company we had for the past 4 years (for over 2 weeks I've been trying to get someone to come fixed faulty camera and no one called back). Ernest came by around 4 PM, walked us through the system he had to offer, signed up with him right away & the new system was up & running the next day, talking about service!! And while we waited for the technician installation team to come over, Ernest texted me to let me know the entire time of what was going on. I really appreciated the personal service I received. Executive Summary: Superior response time, solid installation, excellent customer service by Isaac from Essential. We bought a new home with a intercom system already installed. I was not interested in putting in a different system as some other companies in Brooklyn I talked to had suggested. I spoke with Isaac who gave me advice about my system over the phone, and we scheduled a visit for the following week. He arrived on schedule, looked over my system and was able to make it work again with minimal parts and labor. Isaac also taught me how to adjust the settings so the intercom will work the way I need it to work. He fully explained to me how to use the system, how to add users, and what to do if there is a problem. He also gave me all the documentation for my insurance discount and showed me how to have the system registered with the city.
