Whenever something needs attention, they're quick to respond and get it handled, which makes everyday living here easy and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate is how responsibly the community handles their pet policy. It's clear they care about keeping the grounds clean and enjoyable for everyone. There are plenty of doggie waste bag stations around the property, and management does a great job making sure residents stay on top of cleaning up after their pets. As a dog owner, that makes a big difference. I also absolutely love walking my two little dogs, Sadie and Rocco, around the scenic, well-maintained grounds. There are so many different paths and spots to wander that you never feel like you're taking the same walk twice. Another lovely perk is being right next to a beautiful park, which gives us even more space to roam and enjoy the outdoors. And of course, the amenities are wonderful. The pool is fabulous in the summer, and the hot tub and fire pit area are such fun places to relax and unwind. After eight years here, I can honestly say I wouldn't mind living here forever!

I hired him to do work on several of my projects and assisted him in designing several projects of his own. I liked his attitude so much I was very hopefull and wanted to help him get up and running here in Idaho. I even loaned him money when he needed a new family vehicle. Come to find out that all of the photos he showed me were built by other pool contractors that he simply worked for. I learned a valuable lesson as everything he touched was done wrong. Horribly wrong. I have since spoken with other people that hired Jake to work on their pools and it was one horror story after another. I cannot speak to his skills pouring flatwork or kitchen tile but Jake has no business building swimming pools and the last thing we need here in Idaho is another underqualified swimming pool contractor.
