I couldn't provide an exact addres, but I volunteered an estimated address, since I knew I was on a similar east-west coordinate, and my own address was provided as well. The dispatch hung up on me, after insisting that the address was necessary for billing, and I said that I didn't care about the cost, I pretty much knew the cost in advance, and that an additional block for a 5 block tow would not significantly change the cos, I just wanted an 'F ing tow. exasperated, as I was. I called back to complain 15 minutes later, discussing the unacceptable situation with a person who claimed that they were not the same person I had talked to 15 minutes earlier. I wanted it to be known that people who are calling for tows are not in good situation and frames of mind, and I had already moved on to a different company for my tow, but I would definitely have a conversation with someone in charg.
