The two man team led by Travis arrived on time, packed up the items and brought them to the new location. They removed items from my condo and took them to the street curb for refuse pick up and put the new items inside. The fragile lamps were packed in plenty of felt blankets so there was no damage and my sofa bed was wrapped in saran to protect it. Everything went on time and on schedule with no issues. I was getting contacted when a payment was due but not to get notified that my initial lock was "on incorrectly" so they had to cut it off and replace it. I was locked out of my storage for almost 2 weeks because my work hours went longer than their office hours. When asked why I wasn't contacted they said they didn't have the correct number for me. But still I was contacted with no problem when the bill was due.
