I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Troy's Towing. My truck was towed and returned…read moreto me with damage that was not present before it was taken into their custody. Thankfully, I had photos and videos from the day it was towed showing the condition of the vehicle beforehand. When I got it back, the truck had a damaged bed, damage around the tailgate area, and a missing light. On top of that, they admitted that they lost my ignition key while the vehicle was in their possession. What made the situation even more frustrating was the amount of time it took to get answers. After waiting over a month for a formal response, I was told they would not accept responsibility for the damage and claimed it was all pre-existing despite the evidence I provided. I was also told the police had my keys, but after contacting the officer involved myself, I was informed that the keys were never turned over to law enforcement. These trucks have value, and customers trust towing companies to take care of their property while it's in their possession. I expected accountability and a fair review of the evidence. Instead, I was left with vehicle damage, a lost key, weeks of waiting, and no resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone using this company to thoroughly document their vehicle with photos and videos before it is towed and inspect it carefully when it is returned.
