After waiting 2 WEEKS for my warranty company to assign a contractor (which they never did) I…read morecalled Doubler on a Wednesday around noon and by 4pm Mr. Doubler came to my garage and placed a temporary clamp on the spring allowing me access to my garage ....he then came back the very next day and replaced my springs for a very reasonable price. He noted one area of my door which needed a strut and he installed a strut at the same time!!! This made my door 3X as quiet as it had been! It is unusual to receive this prompt reliable service these days and I am super happy that I happened to call doublers.
