On top of a bed of crushed ice and carnation milk, there are 9 different ingredients plus a scoop of taro ice cream and a cherry on top. It took 10-15 mins to make it. The customer service was good. The Halo Halo was good, but I thought it had too much ice. There is a stage right in front of the food stall. When we were they, there was a children's magic show. There is indoor seating, but it is hard to find a table on the weekends since people linger around longer, especially if they are watching a show. There is free WiFi from the mall. They offer a good number of filipino dishes including a boodle fight option if you're looking for that experience. We just ordered from the regular dishes offered during our visits. I would say the food is good, flavour wise they're what they're supposed to be for the things we've ordered. It's nice to know where to find some comfort food options. They have a good number of tables for you to sit and dine in for your meal and are also pretty quick with take out ordering. The restaurant is decorated with filipino art work. On a whim one night I went to check it out, only to discover that a giant kids party arrived without any notice. The staff were very efficient and polite. The restaurant had to hurry to reorganize seating and wait to clear out existing patrons to accommodate this massive group. Surely the halo-halo desserts will be enjoyed by all.
