I've eaten at other Filipino restaurants and in Philippines and I know what bangus sissig tastes like. Just common sense, Fish flakes when you fork it! And this dish doesn't flake! It rips apart like white meat! If you think this is how you serve bangus sissig then get a new chef. If you made a mistake, just own it... How could you try to lie about differences in fish and chicken? She still charged me for it... I paid because I just wanted out of a place that I felt had just betrayed my trust.
