Although there superior for Canadian products instead of American which I do like but this trip to superstore in particular really upset me.

It's not only your standard grocery items but a wide range of premade meals and snacks from around the world. I could spend hours in the RCS snack aisles. It has so many things that we can't get in America! Loved the store. It was organized, clean, plenty of parking and too notch customer service.

The store was clean, quiet and the meat prices blew me away -- better than Superstore that I usually go to in Vancouver! I received great customer service from the checkout clerk, as she helped me with my bags and cart as I had overshopped and had so much to carry. Next door there was a lovely little bakery that I visited too, and received a complimentary cheesecake tart. Yum! Thanks for helping make my visit a great one. I'll be back.

The girl who answered took my order and was very pleasant. I did have to call store again to get a invoice and it turns out that I was billed twice for the same order and had to call back several times to get it sorted out. The gentleman in accounts was rude, cut me off when trying to explain about online and was not very nice. Made me feel like it was my fault for using online and thats why I was billed twice. He did not even want to try and correct the online issue but instead answered abruptly and said they will look into. It did get it sorted out eventually but what a task to get a meat tray delivered. I will think twice ordering anything like that again from there.
