The girl who answered took my order and was very pleasant. I did have to call store again to get a invoice and it turns out that I was billed twice for the same order and had to call back several times to get it sorted out. The gentleman in accounts was rude, cut me off when trying to explain about online and was not very nice. Made me feel like it was my fault for using online and thats why I was billed twice. He did not even want to try and correct the online issue but instead answered abruptly and said they will look into. It did get it sorted out eventually but what a task to get a meat tray delivered. I will think twice ordering anything like that again from there.

There was a bit of line up of 5-6 people ahead of us, which was totally worth waiting. It seemed TBay locals love the place (people kept coming even after we ordered and sat down!) Although there were many customers, food and beverages came out quickly, and they tasted good. Especially their close-relationships with local businesses impressed me, I could see their products or other businesses' products made at Sweet North all over the town. Their pretzels are fantastic. We tried blueberry scones, pizza and pierogi pretzels for breakfast-ish brunch with latte and cappuccino. Well balanced taste with quality toppings. I would love to go back when I visit TBay again!

They were very delicious and the price was decent. We could not leave without buying something from the bakery counter. Everyone needs to try the Sally-Andrea. It is a chocolate desert filled with peanut butter that is one of the most delicious deserts we've had. Next time I'm in Thunder Bay I'll be going back to Nucci's. The interior of the building is clean, well organized and very friendly staff.

Apparently they got bought out by Coffee Time and have become the northern Ontario chain for coffee that rivals Tim Horton's. Good luck with that, I say. The coffee shop is clean, quiet, with effective staff. This one being across the street from the Travelodge I was staying at (http://www.yelp.ca/biz/travelodge-thunder-bay-thunder-bay) made it the place I had to start my day. Not necessarily for me, but for everyone else that would have to deal with me that day. Ordering the usual black coffee, the first sip confirmed my suspicions. This is basically a Coffee Time coffee in a different cup. Tasted pretty darn similar to me. Sadly, I'm not a big fan of Coffee Time coffee, but beggars can't be choosers. The donuts are fine; the sandwiches are made in front of you. It's not a bad place to stop if you're in need of a quick coffee, but I'd not make a special trip. This may just give you enough juice to get to a Starbucks or even better, an independent coffee shop.

They hit the spot and we were on our way. Service was pleasant. The only item was that my partner noticed it was a little dirty in the seating area but I didn't notice since we didn't stay.
