They still had a huge variety of donuts and, since it's been a while since I've been in a Tim Hortons, I was surprised at how many lunch and food options they offered as well. we were there to simply get our TH fix on a trip up from the US so ordered some coffee (caramel toffee and red eye) and then a maple dip and a honey cruller. They hit the spot and we were on our way. Service was pleasant. The only item was that my partner noticed it was a little dirty in the seating area but I didn't notice since we didn't stay.

One overheard us commenting about all the extra bonuses that they market in Canada (ex beach balls, inflatable chairs, sunglasses) and struck up a conversation with us as we don't have that in America, or at least to the extent that they seem to have in Canada. The women helped point us to some of her favorites that we picked up to try. Another coworker helped talk us through some of the varieties she liked as well so dang friendly! If I had to choose my favourite between the two it would be the pretzel - it was very crispy and definitely the best tasting pretzel I've had. If you prefer softer, chewier foods, you may like to tomato spinach roll more. Altogether the total was just over $21 with tax. Very reasonable portions and prices coupled with freshness and great taste - this is probably the best cafe I've been to including ones in Ottawa and Toronto. I'll be coming back if I visit Thunder Bay again!

It came out in a nice large mug and was really tasty, better than what I've had at Starbucks and Second Cup. They had a large selection of other hot drinks and cold drinks, and some tasty looking snacks on the counter (which I proudly managed to ignore this time around). I had a medium latte, which was priced around $3.50. The decor was very nice and relaxing. I loved the warm dark colors that made for a really nice, seclusive environment. My only complaint is that there were only three booths in which to sit at. All three were occupied when we arrived; two of which by one individual each. It'd be a lot nicer if they had a couple more booths on the opposite wall since I much preferred sitting at them than sitting at the individual tables. With really wide table-tops, it looks like an awesome place to go to get some work done without interruption. I'll definitely go back here next chance I get.
