I was also disappointed to find that their fries come from a box (read: store bought), however the fries did turn out to be pretty good. I did consider other dishes. They had an interesting black cod dish, but I wasn't super hungry. I would say the staff treated this more as a transaction than me supporting their biz. A little robotic in nature, not extremely nice. Don't forget that your patrons are coming to support you rather than a more established restaurant.
