I prefer to have my food served hotter for many reasons. It is more tasty, it kills bacteria and any food problems like that. I'm sure that if they have these heated too high, it also breaks down the vegetables quickly. But I feel that this is a necessary requirement with the buffet food especially. I do love the hibachi style being available. You can add whatever you want, and the hibachi chef will fry it and add whatever sauces you'd like so that's my favorite. That's the main reason I go here, but the reason my sister always insist on returning Here is because "she likes to pig out". I see that many people do. That's what these buffets are. I think in the past like in the 70s they actually used to even put smorgasbord on the sign now everyone knew what that meant.
