A little robotic in nature, not extremely nice. Don't forget that your patrons are coming to support you rather than a more established restaurant.

Their tacos and quesadillas were over the top and off the hook. Their truck appeared neat and clean and the cook and server were very polite. We also noticed a sense of urgency on their part to prepare our order with minimal wait. Their food tasted very fresh and truly authentic Mexican.
