I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.

I tried on four different shoes, and Jacob never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect shoe for me. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was truly comfortable made all the difference. But what meant even more to me was how Jacob made me feel about my future in figure skating.
