Beertender Adrianna was really friendly and knowledgeable. Adrianna was also very helpful and patient; as I told her I wanted to try beers, but keep it low ABV as I still had the night in front of me and this wasn't my first stop. I opted for taster pours of Maple Pecan Porter, Oktoberfest and Bock Lager. All were absolutely delicious, I opted for a short pour of Maple Pecan Porter. The tap room is bright, spacious, and comfortable. The brewery is essentially nestled in the middle of neighborhoods. Thanks Adrianna and Bull Falls for the great service and delicious beers, cheers!

I think that the main reason why is I'm not a big fan of the overly hoppy aftertaste of a lot of beers and their's have more of a smooth finish. That being said, I've never tried their IPA. The inside of the taproom is all wooden, which makes it feel like a German beer hall vibe. The staff is also super friendly as are all the clientele everytime I've been there. You never know who you'll talk to here, I've met some very interesting people. Overall if you're looking for a brewery, go here! Since they dont serve food, they also let you bring in your own or order for delivery.

We went for the first time for Lobster roll night and the lobster roll was FANTASTIC! The Burrata and Grasshopper were tasty as well but the Mozzarella Wontons lacked mozzarella and were practically empty inside, maybe a very tiny sprinkle of cheese. I'd go back again for their specialty lobster night in a heartbeat but could do without the other items we had. I'd probably try a few more light bites from the menu. The server was pretty good but left us and other hanging for a long period and many people ended up going to the bar to get help, but again this is mainly a bar and the special night had a place full of patrons for food and I believe our server was the only one for the whole place and then two people solely behind the bar.

In addition to the main hall there is a nice cafe room with places to sit and relax while enjoying beverages from coffee to mixed drinks that can be purchased from the bar. It was the perfect place for Wausau's 2020 Martin Luther King Day event. The main hall provided ample room for the the program which included a band, an awards presentation and the featured speaker. I'm sure that the hall is a suitable venue for concerts and other events as well. The buffet line for the catered meal was in the corridor outside of the main hall which was not ideal (though probably necessary) -- it was quite crowded when everyone was getting their food and the congestion was exacerbated with others coming and going from the main hall to the cafe etc.. The number of tables in the main hall was insufficient for the number of attendees. We, along with many others had to balance dinner plates on our laps and set our drinks on the floor while eating. I'm not sure whether the responsibility for this falls on the event planners or the hall management but it was a definite negative for me. A few other things -- positive and negative. There is a nice display of artwork from local artists displayed on the walls. Even while the MLK event was going on there at least one other small group conducting a meeting in another area of the building. Parking was limited and the cars were parked rather haphazardly (and the ice and snow of January certainly doesn't make parking easy either). We needed to park across the street -- fortunately the county offices located there are closed in the evening.

I've seen many shows here and have enjoyed them all, except that the last two shows I have had the disappointing experience of persons having a full on conversation right behind me. I get that people will talk, but nonstop, throughout a performance, with the doors to the concert hall mere feet behind us? Even worse, each of these times one of the venue owners has been a discussion participant. Again, never not had a great time and the talent is top notch. I'd recommend the owners entertain their friends outside of the room (and perhaps the sound tech turn down the bass).

We sat and waited for more than 40 minutes after our so called reservation. We were never asked if we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs, but he was going to put us at a high top with two babies. That makes no sense at all! My neighbors were even there and asked for a downstairs table as they were elderly and couldn't get up the high stairs. They had to wait for almost an hour to get it. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to try the food, because the wait took so long. When I mentioned this to the manager, he literally yelled at us on our way out in front of everyone. What a wonderful memory of this place. He was a JERK. The place is adorable, but I would highly suggest to make sure you ask your customers if they want to sit upstairs or downstairs and their preferences before you decide to book a large group. Along with that, if you have people waiting for so long, at least offer them a water or something while they wait. I also heard from my Neighbors that their French toast was hard., the wait was long, and everything was overpriced for what you got. I would not suggest going here if you're looking to spend a half a day just waiting for just ok food.
