The axe throwing is fun though. It's all on one floor. That is a good thing. There are some okay stores, but it's not what it used to be. In many ways it's like other malls. There are some ok athletic type of shops, but there's a lot of stores that don't do anything for me. If in the area it works, and it's fairly clean and organized.

Understandable, it isn't very busy. Many reviews about the smell are true though, a lot of parts of the mall smell pretty strange/musty, but nothing unbearable. She makes it a manager issue and that's not a good look for the store. This issue needs to get resolved as soon as possible if you do not check your receipts chances are you have been scammed out of money I believe she is pocketing the money she's been doing this quite often for a while. I told her that I was gonna file a complaint. She said go ahead. They're not gonna do anything. I call the store with the issue and press one no one ever picks up. This is terrible business. The store needs to have better training or to be shut down completely with the remodeling process of the building. I thought that this place was well-organized, very bright, and extremely clean! I don't know if the store recently did a remodeling, but it very aesthetically pleasing. I only had to do an Amazon drop-off, but the customer service kiosk, located by the apparel section on the main floor, was pretty quick and efficient. The rep was friendly, and dropping the items off was a breeze. Did you know that you get coupons just for doing a drop? The only catch is that you have a few days to use the coupon, but it has to be at that particular location. I thought that was a nice perk, especially if you're a fan of Kohl's! I came specifically to look at their books and the prices of books was amazing. I brought a novel home for $3.99. They have a lot of kitchen and home goods, rugs and small selection of garden things. I looked at the prices of some of their home appliances and it was fairly priced. What put me off about this place was the restroom mainly. It was so dirty, and not maintained. I blame mostly customers for throwing stuff on the ground including dirty toilet paper, who does that? There were not a lot of employees but someone should check in on the bathrooms because it was so gross. The employee at the checkout was so sweet and welcoming though, so I think I would come back if I'm in the area again.

Traffic is busy outside of the store yet that is to be expected. We went here to get needed essentials like soft drinks and detergents. We liked the prices and the many options at this Costco. I liked the clothing apparel available at this Costco. It had Lucky brand tee shirts - priced considerably low. I got them and some running shorts. We got some durable work attire trousers in different colors - identical to the $100 tactical pants he wears for only $20. I found a bottle of white wine from Spain to try. There were many vendors providing samples all over the store. This Costco is worth visiting again when we come back to Manassas.

Now it is a complete cluster with some kind of construction going on in the back parking lot. Seriously, avoid this Costco for your sanity and safety.
