Apparently the phone number wasn't updated but they wouldn't even ask about an email address to find my number. They just kept saying they needed the app open. I wasted my time trying to pick up my drink and it was a futile attempt at getting my birthday reward. The second girl kept acting like I was lying. Three days later, we received an email saying the desk wouldn't arrive until the end of July. I called customer service to cancel the order so we could purchase elsewhere, but since the desk came from a vendor, they wouldn't cancel, or so I was told. We paid $576 the day we ordered, but now our only option is to wait for the desk to arrive and then return it. This is no way to do business.

First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. There are many stores that have been and still are standing in this shopping center for decades, which are/were my go-to shops: -BJ's Wholesale -Kohl's -Walmart -Best Buy There are also newer shops that have popped up since the last few years such as Aldi. Olive Garden is an OG restaurant, but there are also many other options such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc. They have expanded this shopping center over the years to accommodate the shoppers, growing traffic as well as nearby residents.

You enter at the rear of the theater, and the seating-- which are all reservable fully-reclining seats-- slopes downward. The handicapped seats are in the rear, near the door. These theaters have a large amount of seats, and the rows are far enough apart to allow you to easily cross in front of a fully reclined person without any problem. I haven't had any trouble seeing the screen no matter where I sat, and I think the seats at the front are better than in stadium seating.

Parking here can be difficult though. Non drivers are in abundance. The Sierra store is pretty good. Also I like the Ulta here for colognes, and the Fed Ex shipping center. Also you can find deals at Burlington and Marshall's. Saving money especially now, well it can be of substantial help. This mall isn't pretty to look at. It's a strip mall for the most part, and also has a DSW and Five and Below. Safeway is overpriced, but at least it's better than the Soviet version west of here.

It has Giant Food as a major anchor and several smaller anchors like U Mall Theatres and Brion's Grill. U Mall is right across the street from a large university which is awesome for the students. There are shops that include: Peachwave, Taco Bamba, Gathering Grounds coffee, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Fat Tuesdays, McAllister's Deli, Oh George Taps and Tables, and other restaurants and places like a comic book shop, and a karate studio. Some shops are on the main level and some are around back on the lower level. There are stairs at the end to go downstairs. There is a wing restaurant in the parking lot in an old bank building. There are also several fast food joints. My only complaint about U Mall is the parking for the upper level and the ease of getting out which is hard since this place is on the corner of two very busy roads and a very busy intersection. There is only one light to exit with. The other exits have you going in only one direction with No U-Turn signs so have a backup way to get home!
