They stood behind their work and returned to my home at no charge to re-clean, re-treat, and shampoo both the master bedroom and my office. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, and it speaks volumes about the integrity of this company. Jeff was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. This visit, he was even more conversational, which made the experience that much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Rather than rushing through the job, he went over the problem areas twice to make sure they received the attention they deserved. That's the kind of work ethic you simply can't teach. I also want to recognize the dispatcher, who was equally impressive. We are an organic and non-gmo only (not vegan or vegetarian) family of four that recently purchased a house in Tinley Park and we were looking for a like-minded carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets. Through a little bit of research found Scott and his amazing company, they use a wonderful time tested safe, soapless salt based cleaning solution called Procyon soap-free, this product is fan-tas-tic, it is safe for use around babies, pets, the elderly, people with chemical sensitivity, and anyone with an auto-immune disease trying to avoid toxic chemicals. I am so happy with how my carpets look!!! Nature's Way Carpet Cleaning company, Scott to be more specific, did an outstanding job! I have 2 big dogs, and unfortunately my carpet was pretty much ruined by dog urine. I thought , I will definitely have to replace the carpet. I did a little research online about carpet cleaning companies in the area. I checked out customer reviews. My biggest concern was the removal of dog urine stains. After reading the reviews, only Nature's Way company had a review mentioning dog urine stain removal, so I decided to give them a try. Scott walked me through the process. A lifesaver! From the initial phone call with Loren to the final wrapping up of transaction, I was totally impressed with this company. They are experienced in their field and very professional. Nature's Way is different from other carpet cleaning services I have used before in that they let you know up front what the services are and then give you an itemized estimate on what your other options are without bundling everything into one price. This is the fourth time I have used Natures Way. First 3 times were in a public clubhouse, and now my home. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. I guess my little pooch made a tinkle in a few spots and they were able to clean not only the carpet but also the pad. Very professional team too. Refreshing to see manners again. If you are contemplating a service for furniture cleaning my friend had them clean a very dirty sectional. He said it looked brand new. Great service! I rescued a dog several months ago and he unfortunately had several accidents on our new carpeting. They were able to get everything out and I visibly saw the before and after by using a blacklight. Carpets were dry within a few hours. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me on products I didn't need. How refreshing to know there are still honest people out there! I highly recommend Nature's Way for the excellent cleaning Scott did on the carpeting throughout my house. The carpeting is all light-colored, some cream and some tan.
