Having the Queen of Queen in my house last week was definitely one of the nicest experiences I've had in a long time period the 2 folks were so kind, gentle. I mean, they cleaned my windows. My windows haven't looked this good since I moved into this house 5 years ago. They did the tracks, they did everything. They even got some windows upstairs that haven't been done in 5 years because nobody could ever reach them. So I really appreciate these people and I'll tell you if you hire the queens of clean, I gotta think based upon my experience that you're going to be more than happy, not only with their pricing but with their service, the quality of the work and also their pricing, because I got to tell you. I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!! I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home. I chose this company as they had what I was looking for. Just certain areas only after a deep clean. The prices were competitive for my area. The staff was friendly and made everything spotless. Everything I pointed out and then some was cleaned or dusted. Even my husband was impressed and he notices very little! I will schedule for a routine clean going forward. read more

I can no longer recommend this business. There have been consistent issues with the crew not calling to state when they are coming. The reason they don't call, in my opinion is that they don't want to be bothered with reminders or instructions. This lack of communication results in my bed consistently not being made properly. Two weeks ago the crew ignored clean sheets placed on the bed and laid one clean sheet over the dirty bottom sheet. I called and complained. I use zip sheets and no one working there can figure out how to put them on the bed. If they called and communicated I could explain. I called the company and they did send a competent crew to to make the bed properly. I requested this crew for subsequent visits. On the very next visit it was the same thing. Bed not made completely. They changed sheets. The threw the bed spread and blanket in the same pile of dirty sheets. They did not tuck in the corners on the sheet they did put on the bed. Check out the photos I attached. I called and explained my frustration again this morning. I got the "it's you again attitude" and I yelled at the lady. After I got off of the phone I got a text from the company blaming me for the issues. This is the text I received. "Hi Steve. We understand you are frustrated. Kerri was your leader for years until you asked her out.....she then felt uncomfortable.......and you too. We tried to get a new crew, unsuccessfully. Please do not ever threaten our people. Taking a piece out of someones ass is NOT ACCEPTABLE............... thank you for your past business. Hope life treats you well. " I was polite in asking for a new crew rather than do anything to harm someone's employment. I gather from this text that several people conspired to support Kerri and retaliate against me by not providing service and causing me to get mad and cancel. They were successful. I'm gone. I agree that I should not have used profanity. But I didn't threaten the person. I was expressing frustration with her lack of understanding. I now understand that she what's been deliberately retaliating for my decision regarding Kerri. Now I got a text message from Kerri. "Hi it's kerri. Heard ur having a hard time with the people that they send u to clean for u. I'm willing to come and do it myself and no funny business from me Steve" I guess kerri is not so uncomfortable. read more

We've been using the Queens for many years. We've had some great crews and others less so, but management has always been responsive and accommodating and make us feel like valuable clients. We're not around the corner for them so we appreciate that they've always made it work. I'm super happy with my current crew - friendly, nice to chat with but not intrusive when we're around, pay attention to details like baseboards, etc. There is turnover but it's understandable, not super frequent, and it's nice to see someone come back after having a baby, an illness or what have you. read more

WOW! I'm used this service some time ago and am quite surprised to see they are still in business! I'm looking again for housekeeping and was shocked to see these reviews. My initial experience was positive. A young man came to help me organize the garage. Based on his hard work and positive attitude I scheduled a session for my first floor. Two people came. They played and giggled but did a poor job of cleaning. I was shocked to learn AFTER they left that they had actually swept dirt under the run in my dining room and broke part of my microwave. The owner apparently continued to lack the ability to OWN the failures. If you are looking for a good housekeeping service, skip this business and keep looking! read more

My initial deep clean that happened on Thursday was not up to par - they didn't move things, only wiped some of the baseboards (not cleaned them) among other things. I talked with the owner the next day and sent her photos of what wasn't done. She sent a different crew out on Monday to clean what wasn't done well and they were awesome. I have never left a review on yelp but this is my first one. I need to share this to make sure no one else is tricked by this horrific company. I paid almost $400 for a full deep clean of the house. The crew showed up a full hour late. I called the owner Laura and her response was that "it happens, at least they showed up." I was already very miffed by this but i just wanted to see the job get done so i just went along with this. The crew took smoke breaks constantly and the house smelled terribly of cigarettes and weed because of the crew. I saw one of the crew members spit in my garden and i said to please not spit on my property and he said "prove it." I called the owner Laura and she yelled over the phone like a maniac saying "can you prove it?? can you prove he spit??" I was so horrified by this behavior, like a child screaming over the phone. The crew left 30 minutes early, the house was only half cleaned with the upstairs untouched. Again I called Laura and she said they will come back the next day and finish the job if I pay them extra. She asked me to hand my phone to the head crew member, and I could hear her obnoxious screaming voice over the phone saying "leave now, he is an idiot, leave the house now and do not talk to him." I have never met a company that is this unprofessional. I really wish I would have listened to all the negative reviews on here. I'm guessing all these positive reviews are just paid fake reviews. I am so disappointed and sad. I will be seeking a new cleaning company. In response to Laura's Response: My middle name is Roger and my first name is James. I normally go by Roger. Furthermore, the review I left for your company was the first review I've ever left. I left a second review for my favorite restaurant because I was eating there when I left your review and I want to support a restaurant that I really love now that I have a yelp account. But how is any of that relevant? Laura's response indicates how she handles all of her business. She doesn't take responsibility and places the blame on the customer. This just keeps getting worse. I am selling my home and needed help getting my home in order. I read the reviews and thought this was a great choice. Although some of the work was very nice, most of it was not what I asked for leaving what I needed undone and the job was not completed. The company contacted me a few days later and I told her in great detail my concerns. I told her I had pictures and she asked me to send them to her. I did later that day. I got a message saying she had left for the day and would contact me the following Monday. I have heard nothing from them. She did offer to have another crew out when I told her I didn't want anything, but I didn't need them at that point. I would post the pictures, but I can't get them off my phone. I am NOT tech savvy. A team of three came out with all their supplies. Two worked from one end of the house to the other while one focused on the kitchen and sun room. They finished in less time than expected so my refund will probably go towards another general cleaning. The house sparkled and smelled clean. This is a house with 4 dogs. The crew was not concerned about this but just proceeded to do what was required to clean the hAir from floors and furniture. The house looks better than move in day! These guys are amazing! I had a pipe burst and had to have some renovations done.... Needless to say the construction cleaning left a lot to be desired! There was drywall dust on every surface of my whole house! I Love the Queens. They come clean my house once/month. I straighten it out between visits, but I must say they clean much more thoroughly than I do. Kerri & Jean came today. 2 Pros. Kerri's been here before. Rocks it out as she cleans. Love her! Jean's 1st time here. She thoroughly leaned my bathrooms, washed the floors, and deodorized 'em. They smell heavenly! I love the Queens. They're reasonably priced. Come at accomodating appt. times. Always call the day before to confirm the appt time. On a day of, they always call a 1/2 hour before, to let me know they're on their way. They're here for 90 minutes.
