When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Once we pulled up the carpet the wood floors were exposed. It's been a very long time since they were cared for, if ever since the House was built. Needless to say there were some areas of damage that had to be tended to. After sanding and patching, we chose the proper stain with the help of Dennis and it was applied and cleared (3 coats). The before and after results are night and day. They were courteous to work around our schedule and gave us a daily outline of what they would be doing for the day.
