Wow! And I mean that in the most debased sense of the word. I've had Bulldog Liquidators bookmarked for quite a while as a place I needed to visit soon. I do love a good deal. But this store, when I visited, was a mess. Just things everywhere. There are shelves of open boxes containing everything from solar garden lights to personal hibachis to bath mats to electric can openers. There are ceramic coffee creamer containers and basketballs and safes and 100-packs of individually wrapped slime blobs shaped like aliens. And it's all everywhere, all at once. Now, I love visiting a store with lots of stuff everywhere, but this place looked like it had been attacked. Maybe it's because I visited at the end of the day? Your experience might be different from mine if you visit on a different day at a different time. For instance, the shoe area had single shoes hanging out with pairs of shoes that looked like they had been worn by customers who came in and decided they didn't want their shoes anymore, and so they just put on the shelf. Next to this was clothing that was hung up on a rack, but there was no rhyme or reason to the organization. Swim suits with football padding with pajama pants with toddler outfits. The clothing area is where I decided to just let go and let God, but then I looked at the prices and almost laughed out loud. Not Bulldog Liquidators trying to sell me a Target blouse for $10! Anyway. They do have a lot of furniture here, which I think is the big draw. I saw some decent bureaus and tables and things. Also some ottomans and a nice gaming chair that I almost considered. After taking to some people who like Bulldog Liquidators, I think people come here to get discounted food and health/hygiene supplies, like pads and diapers. They will sell open packages of pads that have just one pad removed at a steep discount. That's nice. But I think for the uninitiated, Bulldog is just a mess, and I'd rather spend a couple of dollars more to shop at a place that is more organized. And the prices are not really discounted, compared to the quality of items that are in the store. read more

I work across the street from this location and I'm working on a brick building doing masonry work so I'm in this store quite often I walked in there yesterday and found this mirror that hangs on the wall that also opens to a jewelry box and it also lights up Messina I got excited I wanted it they was going to charge me $40 for it and come to find out they had sold it to another Mexican family for $15 I made sure the lady knew I wanted this jewelry box and I didn't care if I had to pay $40 but come to find out they sold it for $15 to another family the same culture as them. This place is a hot mess. I can deal with the unorganized store and randomness of products. My main gripe was that some things had prices, some things didn't so then I had to go ask and I have no clue how they determine prices so I feel like it could be all subjective with the people working there. I will say they have pretty good brands like Nespresso, Sorel, The North Face and Vince Camuto. However, with some of the clothing brands, the original tags were Costco so I know the prices weren't that good (quoting me $10/piece). I was having dinner recently at the nearby Gather 22 and decided it was a great time to finally check out Bulldog Liquidators. Bulldog Liquidators is most known for offering 40-80% off of higher-end items, especially furniture and home items, though it's also very likely you'll find everything from hygiene items to diapers to electronics to toys, etc. Parking isn't the greatest in this area, though it's certainly possible to find it. The store itself is accessible, though it can be remarkably chaotic and this does negatively impact accessibility. A few basics: Bulldog does accept credit cards. Returns are for store credit only and "as-is" items cannot be returned. Bulldog gets new items daily - so stopping in regularly is best. Because they do have delivery and larger items, it's also important to know they do not offer delivery. So, be ready to handle that yourself. Bulldog Liquidators is located in Indiana and California. All Indiana locations are here in Indy. There's also East Washington Street and West 38th Street locations. Despite being rather cheap, I'm not really the type who likes scrounging through bins. However, I'm all about good furniture and electronic deals. So, this is definitely a place worth checking out for me. That said, at least for my first visit there was nothing that really screamed out "I have to go home with you" other than this hooker on Pennsylvania after I left the store. For the record, I did NOT take her home. In all seriousness, I have several friends who swear by Bulldog and who stop in regularly. I'm glad I did. I've been riding past this store for years and never went inside until just a couple of days ago. The store looks small from the outside, and it is. There really wasn't much to see. There were some really beat-up Stanley cups that they wanted $30 for. My husband was interested in a trail cam they had in a case, and the employee priced it after researching it online, right there in front of us. We also did our research online, and we can get a brand new one $99. She was asking for $70 & the box was open. Overall, it wasn't that impressive. read more

My family and I love this store. i passed it for years not knowing what it was the we stopped in, and found out! Ever since then I became a frequent shopper. You never know what you'll find their inventory changes often, and they have so many thing, a bit of everything usually. Not false advertisement they give you the best discounts, if you price check you'll know. The best deals have usually been in their bins. You may have to dig but you can find some awesome stuff, and they are honest about up to 90% off, if they know you and you shop their often then they will probably give you extra discounts at the counter. I have found so many awesome deals. Such a great deal. You might need to wipe things down with antibacterial wipes, but it would be worse used usually, and most of everything in there is new/or opened but new returns. just check for damage or if they are functioning before purchasing because there is no returns, except I think electronics. They have all kinds of things... furniture, household items, games, toddler toys, baby items (strollers, car seats, etc.), as well as several bins of misc. items. The store isn't kept super neat, but when you're scoring great deals who cares!!! This is my go to place for baby showers & christmas gifts! You'll always find something you weren't looking for and don't need lol You can't really come in looking for something specific. I love treasure-hunting, and I'm not above digging through some crates to find a gem. If you can relate, you may want to pop into Bulldog Liquidators to have a little fun! I popped in on a Saturday afternoon when I had a little extra time to spare, with my 2 year old in tow (this part I wouldn't necessarily recommend!). We went to the back of the store to the "grocery" items first, where it was a little less busy and found several "scratch and dent" type of boxes with new brand name natural or organic products that I picked up! The items were not priced, so before I started filling my cart with the Seventh Generation dishwasher detergent, Thymes liquid dish soap, and Leven Rose jojoba oil I asked an associate how things were priced. I was told they were "all really inexpensive, mostly $.99 or $1.99". Great news! I was in the checkout line about 5 minutes later, spending $20 on what would have easily cost $60-70+ at any other store. The majority of the store was filled with large furniture items, car seats, boxing bags, and a bunch of random electronic and home items. There were bins near the front of the store where all items were $5, but on this particular day items were 3 for $5. If I were there without my son I may have spent a little more time browsing. Other things to know: -If you buy heavy furniture you're responsible for loading and picking up within 24 hours. -Items are all new (not used) but come with broken packaging, missing pieces, etc. -If you like impeccable packaging this is not the place for you. -There is street parking along the side and a small 5-6 car lot in the back of the store. -Check Facebook for daily/weekly sales and updates! This is a fairly small space but the inventory was decent for the space. It was crowded and there seemed to be bins in co start motion, being moved from one location to another. Parking is not handy, so be prepared. Cars were lining up in the alley for each spot. Decent wholesale and if in the market would likely return. read more

This is an interesting place. Don't go in here with expectations of finding anything specific. Go here looking to find a great deal on something you didn't think you needed/wanted. Brand new bicycles for $120. Name-brand body wash for $2. A suitcase for $30. They receive shipments weekly so you have to just come in every now and again and see what new things they have for sale. read more

Hmmmm.... Kind of a mix of everything here. It wasn't very neat and organized, and things were often on high shelves. We ended up purchasing a couple of toys for Christmas presents and some dog treats. Other people must enjoy shopping here as there were several people with fully-loaded shopping baskets wandering around the store. For us, I don't think this is going to end up on our must go-to list. I'll start by saying if you are a bargain Hunter this is for you. If you are looking for anything specific then don't bother wasting your time. PROS: I have found a good air fryer about 2years ago which was only $35 I found a robot vacuum for $30 Sometimes you can find 1 or 2 things in the $5 bins but that's only if you don't go often. I use to get diapers and wipes here for half of the store price but they don't seem to have much of those anymore. CONS: Most of the stuff there is junk or returned items that don't work. They tell you not to open things but when you get to the register PLEASE check your items to verify they work. I checked my item to make sure no pieces were broken or missing and it wasn't BUT I didn't check to see if worked! I assumed it would because it came neat in a brand new box! I got it for someone as a gift wrapped it and gave it to them. When they went to use it BOOM it didn't even have a flash of life almost as if it was a toy! Since this was a gift I wasn't aware it didn't work until 2 weeks after purchase. Unable to return, get a replacement, or even store credit even though I still have the receipt. Now I am stuck with a product I can't use and not to mention embarrassed I gave someone a faulty gift. The staff treats you as if you need them and not the other way around. Poor customer service eating at the register. I had to wait until she finished chewing before I was checked out. I just went in the store today and spent almost $56.00 cash Md noticed they charged me for the same item twice so I wrnt back in waited in line for 10 minutes came back up with my receipt showed the rude manager guy with the ling hair my receipt and explained to him that I wanted cash back for the extra they charged me and he wouldn't give me the cash back i understand they don't give cash back on returns but when you charge someone double for something you should be able to get cash back im going to call the BBB on them and the chamber of commerce and the attorney General he even said hey if you where to pay $500 for a couch and we charged you double/twice by accident thats on you not our fault/problem you'd just get an in store credit for the other $500 we charged you thats a joke and not leagl! read more

Bulldog on the eastside used to be the best priced and best selection out of all of the locations. Recently their prices have gone insane. Today I literally walked out empty handed (which is crazy for me). Seems to me the same thing will happen to them as what happened to Under The Sun. Get too big for your britches and price things too high, people will stop coming. Know that space on the shelves is worth something. Price items well to clear them faster, higher turn around and more product in and out. Also people will take a chance on a product purchased from a liquidator in damaged packaging if their risk isnt as high. What's the point if you're still paying astronomical prices and it may not even work? Customers shop at liquidators because it is FUN to check out all the random items, and they BUY because the prices are low "Sure I'll buy it, it's only $6 ‍" Trust me, re-evaluate your new pricing structure or re-train whoever is doing your pricing. After following Bulldog on Facebook for a few months I finally made it out to their location today. They have a variety of items from baby formula to furniture at reduced prices. I didn't find anything I liked but it was fun looking around. Many things are on hold so I'm guessing if you want something you have to watch the Facebook page and call to put it on hold. read more

When I first ran across this store, I couldn't even find any signage giving its name. That's because it uses vinyl banners instead of a fixed sign--probably a good idea for a low-rent salvaged-goods store relatively new to its retail space. But what I saw through the windows looked interesting enough, so I stopped in to check it out. Bulldog Liquidators is a damaged or refurbished goods salvage store--about halfway between Big Lots and a garage sale. They get truckloads full of random goods in from day to day, and you never quite know just what you're going to find. Whatever you find, it will probably be priced really well--but you'd probably better open it before you take it home, because it might have something wrong with it, or might not even be what it says on the box. Caveat emptor. The selection encompasses a broad range of goods: toys, games, electronics, hardware, kitchenware, furniture, Oriental carpets, memorabelia, tablets...whatever they have at the time. There's also an outstanding (for this type of store) collection of DVDs and Blu-rays at $3 and $5 for single-case sets respectively (more for collections). Some of them are even still in the shrinkwrap (though the clamshell cases within the shrinkwrap have seen better days). Most stores of this type have complete junk in the way of movies--generic Disney cartoon knockoffs, Bible stories, public-domain movies, and other trash. But not Bulldog! I snagged a number of hit movies, some fairly recent, on my first visit: Snowpiercer, Aliens, RED 2, Pulp Fiction, Dredd, Big Trouble in Little China, the complete Firefly series, the Nick Frost/Simon Pegg "Cornetto trilogy," and more. I did have problems with a couple of the titles I bought--the Kino Metropolis Blu-ray case turned out to have a generic public domain repackager's DVD disc in it, and a LotR set had two of The Two Towers and none of Return of the King. But they let me grab a couple more Blu-rays to make up for that. This is a great place to hunt for bargains, and you should drop in often because their selection changes all the time. So weird and wonderful all at once. Think of it as your local overstock.com. We had to quit going for a while because we found way too many items that we really didn't need, but bought anyway because they were smokin' good deals. Since our parents were visiting, and they had found some awesome deals last time they were in, they wanted to drop in. I immediately found something that I had been wanting to buy, but just hadn't picked up - a sunrise simulation alarm - for $5! They're at least $30 on Amazon. We have room-darkening curtains to keep the stop light from keeping us up at night, and I think it will help. That will remain to be seen. When you walk in, if you're a neat freak, you might be put off. If you don't want to touch anything, don't, but check it out. Today my parents bought a stand-alone ice maker for $25, their own sunrise simulation alarm, and a little washing machine for their camper for only $13. I would recommend always making sure that your item is in working order before you leave. Just ask the person at the register, they will happily open the box for you and plug it in or allow you to inspect it. They have a larger warehouse location up at Park 100 where we bought an electric lawn mower. You never know what you'll find. Go check it out! read more

I stopped into Bulldog Liquidators a few weeks back. I'm always shopping for a good deal and they definitely have it! The first review by Chris is right on. You definitely have to check to make sure the product works and has all of the pieces. I snatched a $50 lamp for $7, mason jar glasses for $.75 a piece, and an amazing 18 bottle wine refrigerator for $100! They have so many different thing and their supply changes all of the time. The manager and staff is very friendly and was willing to bargain when an item was damaged. One of the employees even helped me carry my wine refrigerator to my car. This store is always filled with new products every time I stop in. The deals are great and the staff is fantastic. I haven't had anything malfunction/break so I'm happy as can be! Although some items are returned or salvage (hence the bargaining possible/ haggleability), you'll never have an item sold to you that is defective.
