At 12 midnight, my highly upset neighbor came knocking at my door, she stated that she had her purse stolen with everything in it, cell phone, wallet, house keys, etc. She was overwhelmed with stress and wasn't sure what to do. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment (I locked the handle, went outside, shut the door and realized my keys were not attached to my. purse) at about 8:30-9pm. Tom is a consummate professional. He did not have an uncommon lock, so he set me up THEN he made a deal with another locksmith for the lock by helping with a job on the other side of town to get the lock the same day instead of waiting until it came in.
