Shortly after the roof was installed we began noticing dips, waves, and lines all across the roof. These areas of concern were not present on the roof prior to being replaced. After a month of communication, we first received a visit from a crew. During the crew visit they attempted to replace an area of the roof that was wavy, only to have it look even worse afterwards. This visit was then followed up by a visit from Ryan a few weeks later due to scheduling conflicts on his end and our end. During the visit from Ryan, he stated that the OSB had popped and was unlevel and contributing to the issues we were seeing. Ryan was unsure of how to proceed and agreed to have the owner, Harold come out to see for himself. A few weeks later we were able to receive a visit from Harold (the owner) and his son-in-law (Ryan). Upon arriving Harold walked the roof and attic and then came down and said "well, tell me what your concern with this roof is because you don't have a problem." As we tried to discuss our concerns with Harold, it became extremely apparent Harold's mediation efforts were severely lacking. It was astonishing to witness that after 35+ years in business Harold was unable to have a civil mediation conversation. Harold's mediation, arbitration, and consumer resolution skills are more representative of a 2nd grade school yard bully. He plays the alpha male card by steamrolling any and all ideas, being the loudest person in the conversation, attacks the customer through attrition via repeating the same thing over and over and over again, and insults the customers intelligence by saying they are illogical and have no idea what they are talking about. Moreover, when you point out this behavior in him he merely deflects and says you are doing the same thing. Even worse, he is not just this way to his customers. He was also disrespectful to his own son-in-law Ryan, who attempted to present his own ideas to help problem solve our concerns. He cut Ryan off multiple times, dismissed his ideas, and continued to talk over him and us. If Harold is willing to treat his own family in such an abhorrent manner, how much more so can he do to us, the customers. I do not believe Harold cares about their customers or making things right. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof while under the management of Harold. Even worse, was no resolution, despite our contract stating "All work performed by Alpha is guaranteed to complete satisfaction. 1 year workmanship, 30 years on material". This job was not done to our complete satisfaction, and there is no honor in a contract with Harold. Customer beware: it's Harold's way or the HIGHWAY! ****Christian Disclaimer**** Harold claims to be a believer in Christ, but most certainly does not exhibit love for the Christian brethren, or any fruits of the Spirit. He is quick to anger (Col 3:8), prideful (1 John 2:16, Mark 7:20-23), and is not a peacemaker (Matt 5:9). Not honoring his contract also makes him a liar.

IQ did not fix the two slopes in my roof because he blamed the insurance company for not having this on their paperwork. I asked him for invoices regarding the siding and garage door before I would pay him $5,575.00. He said the contract was the invoice, I said no. He later filed with his attorney and is trying to sue me for the amount.
