I called the store and actually got to speak with a person. 2. They said they would do their best to get it assembled on Saturday even though the assembly team wouldn't be in until Monday. 3. They were courteous and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. ACE Hardware in Blue Ridge will get all my business in the future.

Then, instead of trying to take advantage of the tourists like so many others do, he was even willing to give us a price discount because he didn't have everything we wanted available that day. When we made our choices, he arranged to have everything finished exactly as we asked. Yes, it was all finished on schedule, and they even called us to let us know it was ready. When we came to pick up our furniture, our salesperson and another employee helped us pack everything in our truck, offering us big pieces of cardboard to put between to prevent scratching!
