I ordered a block heater kit for a 2015 6.7 Powerstroke. It came in separate package with the heating element coming in a couple days later. I plugged it in to test before installing. It super heated to 890 degrees (according to my laser heat detector) blew a small hole out the side. I immediately unplugged it to cool down. I waited five minutes, plugged it up again. The temps were all over the place then it completely quit heating all together. I've had it less than thirty minutes and its garbage. I "might" get a refund, if it is deemed appropriate. I don't want the replacement if the quality is of this nature.
